Fred Knadler, Arizona Shower Door Owner Accused of Plot to Kill Wife, Praises Sheriff Arpaio in Immigrant-Bashing Letter

Fred Knadler, the owner of Arizona Shower Door now accused of plotting to kill his wife, is a huge fan of Sheriff Joe Arpaio.

Fred Knadler, the Phoenix businessman accused of planning to kill his wife, praises Sheriff Joe Arpaio and rails about crime caused by "illegals" in a letter he sent to the county last month.

Sounding very much like the bigots whose letters were referenced in a recent federal report on racial profiling by Arpaio's deputies, Knadler criticizes the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors alleged lack of support for the sheriff. (What lack of support? Aren't they getting along now?)

"Have you ever gone to our county jail and noticed the great propensity of inmates that have come from nations to the South of Arizona, through this porous border and into our business and residential communities?" wrote Knadler, owner of Arizona Shower Door, who's now being held in county jail on a $2 million cash bond.

The Supervisors simply don't know "how important a sheriff like Joe Apparo is" in the fight against local crime, which "primarily comes from our neighbors to the South," Knadler wrote. "I for one and everyone I know will continue to support Joe Arpaio and reelect him again..."

Knadler's accused of conspiracy for allegedly trying to hire one of his employees to help off his wife, Libby.

Yes, Deputy Kelly Bocardo Named in MCSO Lawsuit is That Deputy Kelly Bocardo

bocardo.jpg
The MCSO's "ass-kicking" babe-cop Kelly Bocardo is responsible for the upcoming $650,000 bill for Maricopa County taxpayers.
The Arizona Republic reported yesterday that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is likely to dole out a cool $650,000 in taxpayer coin to the family of a 33-year-old man killed by a motorist who was "pursued recklessly and in violation of law at high speeds by" a Maricopa County Sheriff's deputy.

That deputy was Deputy Ronald Frieberg. Also named in the suit is Deputy Kelly Bocardo, who, according to the suit, "failed to provide critical information to her supervisor so he or she could manage the pursuit."

What the Republic failed to point out is that Kelly Bocardo is the same Kelly Bocardo who appeared as the most vile of all of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's floozies in his reality TV debacle Police Women of Maricopa County (Deputy Amy Duong, you're still cool. Call us?).

"A**-Beating" MCSO Detective Deb Moyer's MCSO Hubby to Neighbor During Domestic Dispute: "Mind Your Business. I'm a Cop"

debmoyer.jpg
You're "going down" if you cross MCSO Detective Deb Moyer -- just ask her husband.
Since our prior post about the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office's "ass-beating" detective/reality TV star Detective Deb Moyer, we've got some new information about a recent domestic-violence situation between her and her husband.

First: Moyer's husband also is one of Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio's boys in beige. In fact, he's the office's former public-information officer, David Moyer. Second: if you live near Moyer, and hear what sounds like a domestic disturbance, you better "mind your business. [Dave Moyer's] a cop."

Deb Moyer's in some trouble.
We're thrilled sad to report that Deb Moyer, a Maricopa County sheriff's deputy who starred (abused power) in the TLC network reality TV show Police Women of Maricopa County is in some trouble.

Moyer was arrested over the weekend in connection with a domestic-violence incident with her husband

Peoria police were called to an apartment complex near 83rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road after a resident called to report hearing a loud argument in another apartment.

Police Women of Maricopa County: Pregnancy, Gang Symbols, and Crime Suppression

policeladies.jpg
After a brief break from the airwaves, the gals in brown were back with a vengeance last night, and one of them threw us a bit of a curveball -- she showed a little human decency.

Officer Lindsey Smith both protected and served when she stopped a man for not having a light on his bicycle, and as it turned out, the dude had four warrants -- three of which were felonies.

The guy was concerned that his mother would be worried when he didn't come home and didn't know what he would do with his bike since he was heading to the slammer.

The guy was cooperative so Smith not only took his bike to his mom's house but left the woman a note to let her know where her son was.

Yeah, we were shocked, too -- but not for long.

Police Women of Maricopa County: Playstation Games, Pink Handcuffs, and Respecting Authority

mcso police womencrpd-thumb-362x218.jpg
If there is one thing we learned from last night's episode of Police Women of Maricopa County it's that if someone steals a Playstation game from you, you apparently have the right to beat the ever-loving shit out of them.

Viewers followed Deputy Lindsey Smith in last night's show as she responded to the call of a 17-year-old kid, who had just been beaten up by two of his friends because they suspected him of stealing one of their Playstation games.

The kid, whose face was swollen and bleeding, tells Smith the story of how he received his injuries and she dispatched other officers to go look for the suspects.

Using her super-keen cop-wit (a.k.a. her nose), Smith determines that the kid's breath smells like booze and starts hassling the bleeding minor about drinking.

The kid eventually comes clean and gives Smith the infamous "I had two beers" excuse. That's when a seemingly serious assault case, where the kid was the bloody victim, shifted gears and became an investigation into what the minor really had been drinking.

Police Women of Maricopa County: Sheriff Joe, Penis Games, and a Deadbeat Dad

mcso police womencrpd.jpg
As we predicted, it would take an army to keep an old camera-hound like Sheriff Joe Arpaio from a network television camera in his county, and last night's episode of Police Women of Maricopa County proved exactly that.

Joe made a cameo at the end of last night's show -- for the second time in three episodes -- holding one of his patented deadbeat dad roundups.

The sheriff held a press conference in last night's episode, just before swarms of officers scoured the county serving warrants.

As you may have guessed, Joe wanted to "send a message."

"I want to send a message to everybody out there to pay your child support," Joe told reporters. "That's what it's all about."

Unfortunately he's right -- in a county well-known for its number of un-served felony warrants, it seems rounding up Mexicans and deadbeat dads is what it's "all about" for this sheriff.

The first deadbeat to meet the firm grip of the law gets a visit from Detective Deb Moyer, the feisty mother of teenage boys, who refers to the deadbeat she's hunting as "the big fish."

Deb has been getting friendly with "the big fish's" ex-wife, so after she drags the deadbeat out of his house and brings him back to the roundup's staging area -- where Arpaio happens to be waiting with cameras standing by -- she gives the wife a chance to yell at the man.

In front of cameras -- and Arpaio -- Moyer interjects in the argument, too, as Joe stands silent, looking more like a confused bystander than "America's toughest sheriff."

The rest of the show -- aside from segments with Amie Duong, the only reasonable deputy featured in the series -- was just a collection of crude comments and overzealous police work providing little-to-no public service.

Take Deputy Kelly Bocardo's penis game, for instance.

Police Women of Maricopa County: Warrant For Deadbeat Dad, Pepperball Guns, and Lamest Joke Ever

mcso police womencrpd-thumb-362x218.jpg
TLC's newest babe-cop reality show, Police Women of Maricopa County, aired its second episode last night, and if you're a fan of bad attitudes, blatant disrespect, and an awful use of police resources, the show didn't disappoint.

Let's get this week's review started with a look at Kelly Bocardo, whose level of bitchiness when dealing with the public seems to set the tone for the entire show.

Bocardo's first appearance on this week's show attempts to show off her supercop instincts as she disavows the word of a security guard who tells her that the man he has detained is not the suspect police were pursuing in a robbery investigation.

As the guy is casually seated on the curb, showing no apparent desire to flee and doing nothing more than cooperating, Bocardo almost dares him to run by saying: "Don't run, or I'm gonna tase you."

Using a rare brand of cop-logic, which we couldn't completely understand, the buxom Bocardo determines -- despite the security guard, who was on scene well before Bocardo, telling her  the man in custody wasn't the right guy -- he was in fact the man she was looking for and took him into custody.

Police Women of Maricopa County Debuted Last Night and, of Course, Joe Arpaio Made a Cameo

mcso police womencrpd-thumb-362x218.jpg
We tuned into Police Women of Maricopa County last night and, as we predicted, it didn't take long for the jowls of America's self-proclaimed "toughest sheriff" to pop on the screen.

It was only about 10 minutes into the show when Sheriff Joe Arpaio made a cameo appearance, which basically set the tone of the entire program -- that tone being disrespect, abusive attitude, and overkill.

The show airs a segment of a press conference Joe gave, where, in no uncertain terms, he makes it clear that if "you come into Maricopa County, you will be arrested, so I advise you go somewhere else."

The Maricopa County Tourism Board's gotta love this guy.

The rest of the show seemed to demonstrate what we've been saying about Joe's goons for years: they're nuts.
