Glendale resident Antoin Thurman -- a man who once made an educational video describing his prostitute-management skills (more on that later) -- was booked into jail Friday night after surviving gunshots from as many as four police officers.

Thurman, 26, was allegedly in a domestic-violence situation with a woman on April 1, and took off running before police arrived.

Police spotted Thurman running near 47th Avenue and Bethany Home Road, and ran after him -- until police say Thurman turned around and pointed a gun at them.

Four Glendale police officers responded to that gesture by shooting at Thurman, and at least one of those bullets landed him in critical condition at the hospital.

Thurman was cleared by the hospital late Friday, and was taken straight to jail.

​Convicted sex criminal/alleged pimp Al Maurice O'Neal has some rules for his stable of underage "hoes."

For starters, they must earn for him $200 a day. Secondly, his girls are required to ask a would-be John to "show his dick or grab her tits" to make sure he's not a cop. Thirdly, none of O'Neal's gals are "allowed to get into cars with black guys" -- with the apparent exception of O'Neal...a black guy.

O'Neal, 32, got popped on Tuesday after police say he committed several child prostitution offenses involving two teen girls -- one 14, the other 15 -- starting on October 27.

According to court documents obtained by New Times, O'Neal met the 14-year-old victim through "a third party."

O'Neal had the girl working in known areas for prostitution in Phoenix -- near McDowell Road and Glendale Avenue.

Alleged Pimp Chad Walker Arrested for Beating Up 15-Year-Old Prostitute

​Alleged pimp Chad Walker had an issue with one of his gals not getting the money from a client upfront. As is often the case when a pimp needs to show the strength of his pimp-hand, he beat up the prostitute -- who happens to be a 15-year-old runaway from Tucson.

According to the Pinal County Sheriff's Office, 9-1-1 dispatcher got a call from the girl on June 6. She told the dispatcher she'd been beaten up and needed help.

When police got to the scene, they found the girl wearing nothing but underwear bottoms and a tank top, and she was crying.

Alleged Glendale Pimp Arrested for 2009 Mistaken Identity Murder of California Do-Gooder

​An alleged Glendale pimp was arrested yesterday in connection with the 2009 murder of a California man he thought was a guy he'd argued with in front of an apartment building. The man the pimp shot, however, was not the person with whom he was arguing -- he was a 22-year-old volunteer at a community outreach center.

According to police in San Rafael, California, 19-year-old Michael Powell Jr. was arrested in Glendale for the November 30, 2009, murder of 22-year-old Donald Espinoza Ordonez.

​The alleged Phoenix pimp accused of throwing a McDonald's cheeseburger at one of his (ahem) ladies says there's a lot more to the story than what's been reported in the media.

As the story goes, Greely, and a hooker, ordered some food at a McDonald's drive-thru last week.

The McDonald's employee forgot to include his milkshake, which prompted an argument between Greely and the hooker that came to an end when he threw a cheeseburger at her. He then dropped her off at a gas station.

For starters, Greely tells New Times, the milkshake wasn't even his. Secondly, he says he ain't no pimp.
