Joe Arpaio Escapee Rocky Marquez Arrested in Mexico, After Second Jail Escape

BUT THEN THEY CAUGHT HIM AGAIN.
The man who escaped from one of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's jails in May was captured again.

The U.S. Marshals Service says Rocky Marquez was arrested in Mexico -- which is the second time Marquez had to be tracked down. Shortly after the Marshals Service found Marquez in the Detroit area a few months ago, he escaped from another county jail.

Rocky Marquez escaped one of Sheriff Joe Arpaio's jails in May by essentially walking out the front door, but he was caught in Michigan just a couple weeks ago by the U.S. Marshals Service.

And you'll never guess who escaped a jail in Detroit last week by essentially walking out the front door.

Police Seek Pair Suspected in March Slaying of 20-year-old Phoenix Man

Cops want the public's help to find two people suspected of involvement in a March murder.

About 4 a.m. on March 14, Christopher Smith, 20, had been hanging with other partiers in front of a house near Indian School Road and 7th Avenue.
