A volunteer dance teacher who's worked with kids at several Valley high schools and a private dance studio is accused of having sex with a then-underage boy who was a student at Mountain Pointe High School in Ahwatukee.

David Trujillo, 26, is accused of having sex with the boy beginning when the boy was 16, about three years ago.

The price of having sex with a 17-year-old student is a 3 1/2-year prison sentence for former Paradise Valley High School teacher Jordan Doneskey.

As part of a plea agreement, Doneskey will spend the rest of his life on probation, will have to register as a sex offender, and agreed to forfeit his teaching certificate.

Former Paradise Valley High School teacher Jordan Doneskey, who was having sex with a 17-year-old student -- with approval from the girl's mother -- pleaded guilty to three charges related to his arrest.

As part of a plea deal, Doneskey, who was 26 at the time of his arrest in August, pleaded guilty to attempted sexual conduct with a minor.

A physical education teacher at a Phoenix elementary school admitted that she had a "sexual relationship" with a female student who was 12 years old at the time, police say.

According to court documents obtained by New Times, the alleged victim, who's now 19 years old, just recently came forward with the allegation against Nicole Wooten, a 36-year-old P.E. teacher at Herrera School for the Fine Arts and Dual Language in Phoenix.

The school year just started, but there's already a teacher accused of having sex with a student.

This time, it's 26-year-old Paradise Valley High School teacher Jordan Doneskey, who's accused of sexing up a 17-year-old student -- with approval from the girl's mother, according to police.

According to court documents obtained by New Times, police were tipped off to the situation, and the 17-year-old girl told investigators about several instances of sexual contact between her and Doneskey, both at her house and at Doneskey's.

​Brian Bizzell -- a former band teacher at Estrella Foothills High School in Goodyear -- has earned himself the title of "sex offender" for life and was sentenced to a year in jail for a sexual relationship with one of his students.

Because the 17-year-old student lost her cell phone, another student -- and, eventually, the cops -- discovered the two were having sex, including a "quickie" he was trying to schedule, according to court documents previously obtained by New Times.

Gabriela Compton Sentencing: Lawyer Weighs in on the Controversy and Our Prurience

It appears a person with an actual law degree also thinks it's a bit strange that former middle school teacher's aide Gabriela Compton got probation for having sex with a student, groping another, and sending some nudie pictures that the teenaged boys passed around.

Slate posted an online article yesterday sending people to or blog post on the sentencing, and it also directed readers to the sentencing-policy blog from Ohio State University law professor Douglas Berman (He got his law degree from Harvard, so we'll trust him on this one.)

Despite not being an expert on Arizona law, he still appears to think it's a bit strange that someone can get probation for having sex with a middle-school student.
