David Luellen wanted to slash the tires on a bartender's car, after getting upset with that bartender in the course of some Monday night drinking in Old Town Scottsdale.

Luellen did not know exactly which car belonged to this bartender, so 21 people who parked in Old Town on Monday night will now need to purchase new tires.

Kristopher Harvey Pleads Not Guilty to Forcing Sons to Take Liquor Shots, Despite Going on Television and Saying He Did Just That

Welcome to justice in America, where it doesn't even seem odd that you can admit to police that you committed a crime, then admit it on television, then go before a judge and say, wasn't me.

That's the route 32-year-old Kristopher Harvey took today, pleading not guilty today to charges related to forcing his sons to drink liquor shots until they were crying, screaming, and vomiting in their underwear.

This incident allegedly took place in Surprise earlier this month, and according to court documents previously obtained by New Times, Harvey told the cops he was "just trying to teach his boys a lesson."

​Linda Velarde, 48, is what some might call a "bad drunk." In fact, she gets so violent when she drinks that her husband banned her from tying one on in the Phoenix home the couple shares -- so she set the house on fire with him inside.

According to court documents obtained by New Times, police were called yesterday afternoon when Velarde was seen drinking in public and waving a knife in the air near her apartment complex at 806 East Carol Avenue in Phoenix.

When police arrived, she told them her husband no longer allowed her to drink in their apartment, which the husband confirmed to officers, citing the fact that she tends to get violent when she drinks as the reason.
