Thomas Warner, a former fourth-grade teacher in the Paradise Valley Unified School District, was sentenced to 10 years in prison for sexual exploitation of a minor. Cops discovered Warner's child-porn stash in early 2012. Warner, 55, told police that he "use[d] his position as a teacher to compensate for the guilt he feels about viewing the images." He was sentenced to a lifetime of probation on two other charges in the case.

What's this... molesters get more time than murders do?  Are you complaining about it?  Sounds like you are but why? He should have his balls cut off and stuffed in your mouth.

This sicko is going to prison for Far Less than M.C.A. Bill Montgomery just let his Border Patrolling Date Child Molester Minute Man Chris Simcox off the hook for?!!!

If this guy is going to prison , then Simcox should rot in prison.

What the hell is going on in Arizona?!!

Recall Montgomery!

I don't know the details because I'm not going to click more links to read an article that should be a single page, but murders are often crimes of passion, unlikely to be repeated, while molesters usually do repeat.

Considering that molestation can do a lifetime of damage to a child and the fact that there is currently no treatment effective for pedophilia, he should have been given life w/o parole.

@shadeaux14  i have no problem at all with a child molester getting the same time or more as a murderer (i prefer they got more time though)
