Joe Arpaio's Birther Mouthpiece Suggests New Times Forged Obama's Birth Certificate

Categories: Birthers (sigh)

Sheriff Joe Arpaio

Sheriff Joe Arpaio's comrades in his sham "investigation" into President Obama's birth certificate ought to be committed to a mental-health institution.

Why? Consider the "prime suspect" for faking Obama's birth certificate, according to one of the birthers in on Arpaio's gag -- Phoenix New Times.

-Joe Arpaio's Sham "Investigation" Into Obama's Birth Certificate Exposed (Yet Again)

Yeah, us. By the way, were we allegedly paid for this? If so, I still haven't been paid for that awesome forgery job, so I'll be waiting on those Obamabucks.

One of our readers forwarded along this video of a guy named Carl Gallups from northwest (read: backwoods) Florida, whom we're only familiar with for his rampant ass-kissing of Arpaio's lead birther investigator, Mike Zullo. Gallups, from what we can tell, has an "in" on the investigation, and claims to have secret information on the investigation into the birth certificate that he can't share with the public.

Gallups apparently found a New Times blog post about the latest boner by Arpaio's incompetent birther squad, as their entire "investigation" has pretty much been flushed down the toilet.

Gallups responds by crapping his pants for a solid 15 minutes on his radio show, in which he suggests New Times is responsible for the forgery:

(Warning to those who plan to listen to all 15 minutes: These are 15 minutes of your life you'll never get back.)

After rambling on and on and on about the New Times post, he eventually reached his brilliant conclusion:

"When I was a sworn law-enforcement officer (which, by the way, sounds a lot like "mall security guard"), when I had a criminal case going, and all of the sudden I had these people on the outskirts and the fringes who are jumping up and down, claiming they had derailed my investigation, and had the evidence, and spoke very nebulously, and spoke falsely, and then started disseminating that information to the public, they would be my prime suspects in the case from the beginning," Gallups declared. "They would be persons of interest . . . the Zullo investigation is now looking at persons of interests, specific people."

Really?

"Now you can see why Zullo and company have begun to focus on specific persons of interest who all of the sudden have made themselves front-and-center in this investigation," he said.

(By the way, we're not sure why Gallups lied about a number of things, including New Times' readership figures -- which can be found here -- as well as his own bizarre claim of having millions of people listening to him by adding up YouTube figures, or, you know, his claim that Phoenix New Times forged Obama's birth certificate.)

Man, we bet Gallups busted thousands of shoplifters at Macy's in that illustrious "law enforcement" career. Since Gallups clearly solved the whole mystery, we'll turn over some evidence here to Sheriff Arpaio and lead investigator Zullo. Below, find our rough draft of the Obama birth certificate, which is concealed in the Photoshop "layers":

obama-draft.jpg

Sheriff Arpaio, come lock us up. (Just kidding -- that would not be the first time people here were arrested by Arpaio's boys for no goddamn reason.)

this site is pretty wild, but for now is a sort of neutral arena for we birthers whom are usually always banned at antibirther sites, and vice versa, is my understanding. but consider this. the obots (internet warriors for obamjevich) have been proclaiming this a dead or non issue for five years now.

my focus in this caper has always been the behavior surround the "president" who proclaimed a new era of transparency, which is in itself to me a red flag.

to their credit, and with the aid of alinsky political tactical skills, the obot have employed ridicule and character assassination brilliantly. they have executed smart campaign devices that come in the form of distraction, miss information and even censorship in various internet venues.

at the top of the entire heap of information out there today remains, the original obvious question. why doesn't Obama simply show the original birth certificate in-the-vault-in Hawaii ??

my conclusion is, he can't. either it doesn't exist, or it won't match up with the virtual pdf on the white house website right now.

then there is the singular example of the draft registration, an anomaly that exists as a sole example to this date, the only one with a two digit stamp.

the obots have managed to explain away anything that is out of place, contrived or syndicated, to protect the identity of the residents in the white house.

why then, if there has never been a question, do the obots continue to escalate their defense, rather than just walking away.why would they be so interested in stopping the relatively benign process of vetting their elected leader, even within the advent of his reelection.

there are still more questions than answers, but the antibirthers have shown a nervousness I haven't seen in the close to three years I have been engaged in this. the purposefull bag of obot tricks and antics is becoming empty, and the average citizen previously persuaded by groupthink, are just now becoming aware that this may not just be a topic of silliness as the "president" has told.

there are a fantastic amount of coincidences and holes in the provenance of the American president now. the people dissuaded before, are no longer afraid to ask the questions to which they are entitled to as Americans. the very same people who used to "question authority" are now the liberals in the way of finding the entire truth. people should have paid more attention from the beginning. and there is the tenet of "beware of the person that says, "trust us, we're your government, and we know what's best for you". in today's world, maybe not so much anymore.

The real question is who forged the paperwork to let Gallups get out of his mental health lockup?  Let's hope he still stays away from weapons and small animals.

People, here too...including Mark Yannone, former Libertarian Candidate for Senate, in AZ, found dead hours after having posted online an interview of J.D. Hayworth, former anchorperson and Congressman here, on KYOT, whereupon he addressed the questions about Obama's Ineligibility for President. He was found in a unusually-disheveled home with a broken window, according to a close friend and journalist whom I interviewed days after they found him less than half a dozen miles up the road from me. And, others...

David M

People have died to bring this truth out into the open. Ltn Harris in DC's PassportGate, whereupon he was supposed to turn state's evidence re. alleged incursions into Obama's Passport Files...found shot to death. http://www.sodahead.com/united-states/who-killed-lt-quarles-harris-jr-key-witness-in-obama-passport-files-theft-case/question-2511181/ Andrew Breitbart, found dead minutes after having interviewed Sheriff Joe via phone, mere hours before a promised major revelation re. Obama. http://www.saveamericafoundation.com/2012/04/29/what-or-who-killed-andrew-breitbart-now-the-coroner-is-dead-what-did-he-know-by-fred-brownbill/ Michel Hastings, reporter for Rolling Stones whose engine was blown out of his vehicle before it hit a tree, after looking into O's CIA lead, Brennan, allegedly behind the PassportGate coverup. http://www.orlytaitzesq.com/?p=430744 And, others removed for O's convenience, like his alleged homosexual lovers from the radical church in Chicago to which he belonged... http://hillbuzz.org/larry-sinclair-what-would-you-ask-him-about-barack-obama-if-you-had-the-chance-80649 A white Grandmother who conveniently died hours before O's "election," and also before she could be interviewed by a Chicago Lawyer, Andy Martin, suing Hawaii for O's records, there at the time, working his way through the Courts. Coincidences? As luck would have it? Or, "just as the Doctor (wannabe) ordered?" You make the call. Heh, heh.

Isn't everyone Birth Certificate Curious? For, if Obama had nothing to hide, then why would he keep releasing forgeries, and seal all his records? (...after having promised, "transparency." Lol. Transparency of only our most private infor?) And, now that the Elites are trying to push upon us two GOP Candidates for Prez in 2016, clearly ineligible under Our Constitution, in Rubio and Cruz, aren't you Liberals once again interested in abiding by Our Forefacther's rules? Oh, it would seem you are, since their Ineligibility is getting some air time in the Liberal Media these days. Have we come full circle since the challenge of McCain's eligibility, also covered by them, whereupon they admitted O was ineligible, but stated McCain eligible, having been born of (2) American Citizens?

David M
David M

I would imagine he said it in jest...since you guys are such the constant thorn in their side. It is a valid issue, worth looking into, if you care about the truth, Our Constitution, Our Freedoms. It is an issue that was originally brought up by Obama and his cronies in 2007 trying to change Our Constitution, at first, in Congress, and then trying to disqualify McCain, merely because he was born in territory under U.S. Control, while his parents served Our Country. Then, after they brought the issue up, initially, Hillary supporters, PUMA's and the like, looked into it, through Philadelphia Lawyer Phillip Berg, a lifetime NAACP Card-carrying Member who ran for Office as a Democrat, no less, who tirelessly pursued the truth in this, and spoke out against the one blatantly ineligible for POTUS under Our Constitution. (Obamacrimes.com) Then, Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq, a legal immigrant from Russia, who worked her rear off to not only get her Doctorate in Dentistry, but also her law degree. She has worked with Libertarian Candidates, soldiers put in harm's way on a daily basis by a Commander-in-Chief, and others, who had standing to challenge O's Eligibility for President, or lack thereof. (OrlyTaitzEsq.com) Once a group of "Tea Party" members sent Sheriff Joe a letter asking him to look into this issue before the 2012 Election, he enlisted the help of a voluntary posse, which has been looking into it since then. They found the documents which the "Prez" released to the public to be "obvious forgeries." He is merely trying to protect the Public, as he has done for decades, now...first at the Federal level, and now at the County level. We should have so much courage. While there have been literally thousands, if not millions, of others who have helped look into this, few in the public sector have demonstrated the shear tenacity as this courageous 81 year old civil servant. It is shameless for this paper to incessantly criticize him for doing his job to the best of his ability, and to exploit his injury so. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. And, if you had even a five year old boy's courage, you too would look into this matter, with an open eye. ...'cause Our Country's future DOES depend on it. Few things...

1) Name a single President in history who has ever had to release their "vault" original birth certificate.  Just one.  If you cannot name a single President in history who has EVER released their "vault" original certificate, then why on earth should this President have to?  Your conclusion as to why doesn't mean jack squat.  If you cannot name a single President who has done so, then please explain why Obama should.

2) Obama's draft registration was released during the Bush administration. Are you suggesting that George Bush and his administration are complicit in the "forgery" of his draft registration card?

Also, further research shows two other individuals who registered at the same time as Obama and their registration cards can be found using the Document Locator Number:

Barack Obama – Jul 29 1980, DLN – 0897 080 632, SS 61-1125539-1, DOB 8/4/61

 Darrel Oniwa – Jul 31 1980, DLN – 0897 080 653, SS 61-1125556-5, DOB 12/3/61

Bruce Henderson – Aug 2 1980, DLN – 0897 080 613, SS 61-1125522-7, DOB 08/25/61

It is not a matter of "explaining away" things that are "out of place."  It is taking birther accusations and seeking proof to their allegations and reporting the evidence as it is found.

3) In my opinion, it is the birthers who are using Alinsky tactics. In fact, they seem to have mastered it.  If a person reports anything to the contrary of their claim, it is birthers who scream that the person is a "communist" or a "traitor," and should not be trusted, while never trying to disprove their findings.  Take the most recent evidence of the Xerox WorkCentre evidence, shown to produce the same anomalies that the CCP originally stated was not possible with a printer/scanner.  We now know those claims are not true, but rather than show evidence to dispute those claims, people like Carl Galups are now stating that those who discovered evidence to the contrary of CCP findings, are in fact "person's of interest."

The birther movement is falling apart at the seams and is held together only by the fervent minds of conspiracy theory minded individuals.  The very very few people that birthers have managed to contact have shown they don't want to have anything to do with you guys, and the most recent conference of sheriffs that Zullo spoke at resulted in exactly two supporters, one who organized the event, and the other who turned out to be such a completely unhinged individual that he was fired from his position as sheriff of that county.

Yes... we are all trembling in our boots at the massive ground that birthers have managed to gain over the past five years. Over two hundred failed and lost cases, a handful of reluctant members of Congress who to date have done nothing, and three Sheriff's, one retired, one fired, and one who hasn't got much time left... and let's not forget perhaps the most ineffectual and worthless attorney on earth, Orly Taitz.  Yes... you guys have us all so scared.

You do know that Lucas Smith is a convicted criminal forger and admitted child molester?  But hey that's your type of hero.

ok i'll play:

1 it's irrelevant what any other president has or hasn't done. mr. Obama is the "president" we have now.

2 no I don't. i'd like to see other examples of a 2 digit stamp or at least another "80" centered like that, you know... from 1980... in Hawaii.

3 I suppose you can turn it around, that's fine. but it was Hillary Clinton who did her college thesis on alinsky. there is frank marshall, bill ayers, bernardine dorhn and on and on. when people learn, and they will eventually, what a stunning coincidental life this guy has had, his Chicago allegiance and ties... and the forest gump uncanny ability to always be in the right place at the right time: those people will be aroused to the twisted thug politics they fought so hard for, but in the end, so easily deceived by. you see, those concepts run hand in hand.

you've said that the birther undercurrent is falling apart, that's ridiculous. I've seen more new players in this arena join just in the last six months, than in the previous 5 years. it's becoming a fashionable and popular hobby for so many, joining both sides, they are interested. I've never seen anything like it. but that sort of validates all the time and effort all of youbots have put in. why are you all still blocking, if it's so darn silly. ?? let it go... you can't.

don't under estimate the collective intelligence of the American people. once this gets sorted out, and it is beginning to be now, there will be some daylight at the end of this wretched tunnel. same was true for Watergate... just to be by partisan.

so instead of quaking in your boots, why don't you get more organized than you are, and have a press release stating when you will have your affidavit (not some annotated piece of crap), and your list of expert witnesses together. start there.

Okay... this is going to be a bit longer for a clearly delusional individual.

1) He spent four years from the age of 6 to the age of ten living in another country.  That is all.  That can hardly be described as "extensive."

2) The notion that he spent time in a "Muslim training camp," is a complete and total lie for which you have absolutely zero proof of.

3) Even the man who wrote a book about Davis and his "connections" with the Communist party stated himself that he has no proof that Davis ever had any political influence over a young Obama.

4) Multiple Security numbers - birther lie with absolutely no proof ever produced.

5) Multiple names - only in birther world would nick names and names that children used when their parents were married to others would be considered aliases. Of course they have to completely ignore the fact that other Presidents were born under different names or used nick names.

6) Other than George Bush, whose records were leaked and not released by him, can you show me the school records of any other President in History? Testimonials from classmates or teachers?

7) You mention Harvard? He was the editor of the Harvard Law Review.  This is an elected position, meaning that he was chosen amongst the student body of the University. Even the Breitbart website released a video of him when he was student there speaking on behalf of a college professor there.  We have more evidence that he attended Harvard than we have of the scholastic history of any other President in history.

8) Obama did not just "come out of no where." Simply because you never heard of him or ever paid him any notice before does not mean that he suddenly "stepped right into the Presidency." He was elected to both State and Federal level positions more than a decade before ever running for the office of the President.

9) What you are convinced of appears to be based on knowledge that you have gained from very specific sources that have gone out of their way not to divulge the entire truth to you.  It would be in your best interest to do a little research because clearly your knowledge of Obama is slanted and bias.

10) The birther movement has gained no new ground.  In five years of court cases, "investigations," and political activism, it has obtained exactly zero results.  It is an embarrassment.

DrKennethNoisewater
DrKennethNoisewater

@Rose215 It is straightforward, birthers are clearly wrong.  As has been proven over a 5 year period.  It's funny how if no one ridiculed you guys you'd claim see it must be true since no one disputes it but then when people dispute it you say hey it must be true because people are making fun of you.  There are anti-9/11 truthers and anti-moon hoax deniers.

DrKennethNoisewater
DrKennethNoisewater

@Rose215 Lol what?  4 years as a child counts as "extensive time abroad"?  No proof of this supposed muslim training camp.  I'll just assume you made this stinker up.  As for time abroad, the Kennedys as children often accompanied their father overseas and spent a lot of their youth overseas.  John Quincy Adams spent most of his childhood overseas.  What does this prove?  His only legal name has always been Barack Hussein Obama as compared to William Blythe (Bill Clinton) or Leslie King Jr (Gerald Ford).

He hasn't had multiple social security numbers.  He's had only one that's been identified and that's the one he was legally issued in 1977 that he used on his selective service and taxes.  Susan Daniels the one who first made the claim was told by the SSA that her conclusions were wrong.  She pretty much took anyone in a flawed public database who had the name Barack or Hussein or Obama with any spelling and assumed they were all his.

There isn't "complete lack of documentation" in fact there was more documentation released on him than previous presidents while in office.  Bush's school records were illegally obtained, they weren't released by him and his birth certificate isn't public.  Al Gore's grades were also illegally obtained.  Obama didn't come out of nowhere just because you don't pay attention to regional politics doesn't mean he was an enigma.  There were many articles about him before he even ran as well as multiple books written by and about him.

@Rose215 We, the "anti birthers" as you sneeringly put it, exist because we find your thought processes and conclusions to be ridiculous. So, logically, the only substantive answer to them is ridicule. We are, bluntly, through with taking your prattlings seriously most of the time. We are now laughing at you.

Publius
Publius

@Rose215 I suppose you could call me an anti-birther. So what is my motivation? Well, I just don't like seeing con men - like Arpaio's posse and Carl Gallups - mislead a bunch of (mostly) innocent people with a big load of total bullshit. Which is exactly what the claims of "forgery" are.

The best BS is complicated enough, and plausible enough, and "pretty" enough to attract gullible victims who don't really understand what's going on, and don't really want to.

That, by the way, describes the average birther believer perfectly.

But for those of us who do understand things like the technical end of all this, it's still annoying to watch the con men work their gullible crowd.

Rose215
Rose215

If the issue is so straightforward, and if the birthers are clearly in the wrong, I find it somewhat puzzling that there would even be an anti-birther movement.  What's the point of that? The birthers are already pretty much ridiculed by the MSM. Obama and the Democrats ignore them.  Surely no one would take them seriously -- but apparently, the anti-birthers do.  Very intersting.

Rose215
Rose215

@rkallen09@scotte5"No one from the birther/eligibility movement raised even the slightest concern for Mitt Romney,"  That's because no one is concerned about Romney's eligibility.  Romney -- and even his parents -- have been in the public eye for a very long time.  We already know a whole lot about him.  Obama raises suspicions because his background is murky. No one had heard of him before that original speech before the Democratic convention (prior to his own nomination) -- no one except a number of highly questionable associates.  Records for Obama are all sealed.  Why is that? And it did seem to take a very long time to even get that fraudulent birth certificate posted.

No one is going to ask for records of eligibility from people who are known and who have held previous prominent public positions.  Romney was a governor.  He did missionary work for his church.  He worked for the Olympics.  His career has been an open book. We know the guy.  Your attempt to suggest that we should treat known candidates in the same way as the mysterious Obama is disingenuous.

Rose215
Rose215

@DrKennethNoisewater@scotte5"

"Why is it you are only concerned with Obama when you let the others get a "pass"?  This has to do in part with extensive time spent abroad . . . including a stint in a Muslim training camp of some sort. He spent considerable time as a youth with a known communist (that's o.k. -- at least we know that.)  It also has has to do with a complete lack of documentation on this guy, multiple social security numbers, multiple names etc. etc.  No school records, many people have no recollection of his being in classes at Harvard.  We know little about him except what is disclosed in a  book that he wrote (or that someone wrote for him.)  His background simply is not transparent.  We know Bush's SAT scores, for heaven's sake . . .  Al Gore's grades. McCain has been in the public eye for many years, but Obama?  He came out of nowhere and stepped right into the Presidency.  I am convinced that Obama is not who he presents himself to be and that this will be known -- likely sooner than later.  I am glad to see the birther movement gaining new momentum.

rkallen09

Ahhh... The mournful cry of the truly desperate. Any...day...now.

rkallen09
rkallen09

@scotte5

1) You mean it is irrelevant to you. I find it extremely relevant that all of a sudden a movement of sorts has burst onto the scene claiming that they want candidates vetted.  I also find it very interesting that they were silent when it came to the eligibility of Mitt Romney.  When he released his short-form birth certificate as a xerox copy, the birther movement that was so set on vetting candidates was dead silent. Not a word from them.  They accepted a xerox copy of a birth certificate as proof without so much as a word of protest.  They didn't ask for his school records, they didn't ask for his medical records, they didn't ask for passport records, and they didn't ask for records pertaining to his time at Bane Capital. Nothing.

Birthers had their chance to make a point with the last election, and they utterly failed.  Had they gotten Romney to release his records, it would have been an enormous blow to the Obama campaign. But, you didn't.  No one from the birther/eligibility movement raised even the slightest concern for Mitt Romney, proving that their concern was not about the eligibility of candidates for office, but the eligibility of one man and one man only.

This means that your entire movement is partisan and biased and should not be taken even the slightest bit seriously.

2) The date stamp is not "centered" as you say.  Not even close. You have once again provided an example of the gullibility of a birther, having not even looked at the evidence for yourself.  If you had, you would have not made such a blunder as to suggest that the date stamp is "centered."

This is why birthers fail.  You make claims such as this one, and all it takes is a cursory search to find the truth.  When a person discovers how wrong you are about such a minor detail, then they begin to question the rest of your claims.  This is a problem that is not systemic among those who oppose birther claims.

3) When does claiming "Alinsky tactics,"  which seems to have become a mantra among conspiracy theorists, become an Alinsky tactic all to itself.  I have never heard more whining and complaining from a group of people who continually claim, "the left using Alinsky tactics" and "Rules for Radicals."  It just seems so cowardly, and it is getting boring.  If a person opposes a birther or a birther claim, they are accused of "Alinsky tactics."

Commander Kerchner loves using it.  It's almost as if he invokes the name of Alinsky that any other observations that a person may make must be immediately dismissed.  I'm sorry, but claiming "Alinsky" at every turn is an Alinsky tactic attempting to discredit a source or a person without actually taking on their argument.  Kerchner is one of the biggest cowards I have ever had the misfortune to cross paths with on the internet.

Finally, I have crossed the path of many misinformed people who have made various claims about Obama and his birth certificate that are just flat out wrong. Or they are mistaken about his eligibility, or his parentage, or his history.  Just wrong.  That is because there are so many conspiracy based players among the birthers, personalities who must desperately out do one another in an attempt to get ahead of other birthers.  You guys have all muddied the waters so much that fact cannot be discerned from fiction.

You talk about being organized? You guys can't even get a proper rally going.  The birther summit? Huge fail! The various calls of marches upon Washington by the variety of leaders you guys have in your movement... resulted in a few attendees at best. Now you guys are reduced to freeway overpasses as some sign of solidarity.  It is just sad.

Meanwhile, the anti-birther movement has over two hundred court cases, a mountain of real evidence and not accusation and innuendo, the confirmation of the validity of documents from both state and federal officials, and the US Constitution on our side.

DrKennethNoisewater

@scotte5 As usual Scott can't answer direct questions because Scott knows he has ulterior motives for doubting the president that have nothing to do with the law or the constitution but rather who Obama is.

I noticed you didn't answer the question.  Why is it you are only concerned with Obama when you let the others get a "pass"?

Sorry Scotty you can do the research yourself since Selective Service has already said the document is legit.

Oh yes this whole Chicago thing.  Scott is from Chicago that means Scott must be corrupt.  Obama was born in Hawaii.  He's not "from chicago".  Ronald Reagan was born in Illinois that means he must be corrupt too?  There's a lot of republicans born in Chicago I guess they're all corrupt too.  Let us know when you actually win something Scotty
