On June 29, at about 12:55 a.m., two men traveling eastbound on the light rail exited when the train stopped at 3800 East Washington Street in Phoenix.
One of them re-entered the train and the second stood at the train's doorway and pointed a handgun at two male passengers.
The suspect who got back on the train forcefully removed a cell phone from one of the passengers.
He tried to take a second passenger's cell phone, but when that man refused to give it up, the suspect punched him in the face.
Both suspects had buzzed haircuts. One is between 20 and 30 years old, 5-foot-9, weights about 150 pounds and has a tattoo of an "E" on his right forearm, "CHUCKS" on his right arm and a cross on his left shoulder.
The other suspect is between 17 and 20 years old, 5-foot-6, weighs about 120 pounds and spoke with a Spanish accent.
