After police departments ran DUI-enforcement campaigns across the Valley for Independence Day, there are still going to be quite a few areas the cops will be looking for drunk drivers this weekend.

In fact, there appears to be more police departments working DUI patrols this weekend than there were last night, so check out the patrol areas below:

  • Gilbert police will have patrols based out of different locations this weekend, from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Tonight, it's the northwest corner of Gilbert Road and Vaughn Avenue, and tomorrow, it's the northeast corner of Cooper Road and Guadalupe Road.

  • Peoria police didn't give out an exact location, but will have a saturation patrol from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m. today and tomorrow.

  • Even less specific than Peoria's patrol, the West Valley DUI Task Force will have help from police in Glendale, Goodyear, Avondale, Tolleson, Buckeye, Peoria, El Mirage, and Surprise, which will be out on Saturday from 7 p.m. to 3 a.m.

    • Mesa police list the Albertson's parking lot at McDowell Road and Power Road, from 1 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Saturday.
