Arizona's Most Wanted: Armed Robbers Storming Massage Parlor, Pawn Shops
Welcome to another installment of Most Wanted -- New Times' weekly post featuring scofflaws, including suspects in robberies, homicides and assault cases, sex offenders who've absconded, and even "dead beat" parents who aren't shelling out court-ordered child support.
Suspects featured here are presumed innocent -- until a judge or jury says otherwise.
Armed Smash and Grab
On Friday, April 12, 2013 at about 9 a.m., two male suspects entered a Cash America/Super Pawn, this one at 3850 W. Indian School Road in Phoenix, wearing all black clothing and masks.
With their weapons drawn, the suspects immediately ordered the store employees and customers to lie on the ground.
One of the suspects jumped over the counter with a gun in his hand while the other suspect broke the glass display case, removed jewelry and placed it in a black canvas bag.
Both suspects fled the business in an unknown direction.
Witnesses describe the males as being between 20-30 years old, one about 5-foot-1 and 120 pounds, and the other about 6-feet tall and 200 pounds.
