This is the third time in just a couple of weeks that officers at the border have found drugs in someone's shorts: A 17-year-old kid was found with heroin duct-taped to his thighs in San Luis, and a 16-year-old kid was found with a pound-and-a-half of meth stuffed in his underwear in Nogales.
Gutierrez, a U.S. citizen, faces a federal cocaine-smuggling charge.
