Trent Franks' Abortion Bill Passes House, Which Doesn't Really Matter
|Congressman Trent Franks|

There's no way a place controlled by Democrats (the Senate, the White House) will take kindly to this bill, and the Associated Press confirmed that today.
So, Franks did what he always does, which is waste everyone's time dealing with his abortion bills.
Franks has become a national name in his fight for this bill, but only because he claimed that "the incidences of rape resulting in pregnancy are very low."
Due to Franks being incredibly wrong, changes were made so the bill exempted victims of rape and incest from the 20-week limit.
After more than a decade in Congress, not a single one of Franks' bills has been signed into law, and he's going to continue his streak on this one.
