Will Jodi Arias Get the Death Penalty?

Jodi Arias
The jury in the Jodi Arias trial will continue deliberating this morning about whether the murderer should be executed.

Arias, always the drama queen, changed her talking points while addressing the jury yesterday, as she pleaded with the jury to let her live -- despite previously saying she would "prefer to die sooner than later."

Our colleague Ray Stern was in the courtroom yesterday, as Arias begged for mercy, never saying she was sorry or showing any remorse, really, for killing Travis Alexander.

"Some people may not believe I'm a survivor of domestic violence," Arias said, as she held up a friggin' shirt that said "survivor" on it. "They're entitled to their opinion."

More than two-thirds of New Times readers said Arias should be executed.

Has the network ordered more episodes?  If not, then we know she'll get death.  If they have, then we can't be sure, because it could just become a soap about her life on death row or she could escape or whatever.

I haven't really seen any of the current season, so I can't offer an opinion.

I think she'll be given life.  She won over the jury when she said she could donate hair to locks of love and have a prison book club.

Seriously, I think she'll get life, and fight her conviction for the next 4 decades.

Whatever she gets it wont be as bad as what Travis got.

This woman is a true narcissist.

she may get sentenced it, but it doesnt mean she will ever get it. how many people are still waiting on death row and for how long? if she does get sentenced it, she will still have about 20 years of appeals.
