To the people wishing him well, please consider the horrible things he has done in office. I have only been a AZ for a year and a half and it's more than noticeable that his wrongs are much more prevalent than this rights. Sex cases botched (100's), tax money spent on absolutely nothing, and now we are the laughing stock of the country due to this man's unintelligent racist agenda. So I am all for putting him on bed rest and hiring a new sheriff. If you get a chance please sign the petition to recall his position. This man is an absolute waste of space, our money, and a insubordination to the human population.

Dear Mr. Casey and Sheriff Joe Arpaio:

We regret that you never tried to peaceably negotiate these grave matters. Due to yourunwillingness to peaceably settle, we now present the following DEMAND prior tolitigation on the listed causes of action.

We hereby demand ONE BILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000,000.00) as a just and equitable settlementfor SHERIFF JOE ARPAIO, the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office, and their agents and associates' tortious liability in the following claims:

GROSS NEGLIGENCE

SHERIFF ARPAIO, et. al. have failed to effectively enforce existing criminal nuisance abatement statutes as a viable means of reducing crime in and about his appointed jursidiction. Rather, SHERIFF ARPAIO, et. al. have engaged in self-serving and self-aggrandizing political agendas specifically designed to attract attention and get votes.
In addition, SHERIFF ARPAIO, et. al. have failed to effectively address the immigration enforcement issues in a humane, reasonable, and just manner.

On the contrary, SHERIFF ARPAIO, et. al. have pursued racially-motivated, bigoted, and hateful agendas against low-level immigrants, in staged immigration raids designed to attract attention and get votes.

SHERIFF ARPAIO, et. al. have a DUTY to effectively enforce the law, they have egregiously breached their duties, and are the direct and proximate cause of our damages and injuries.

For the reasons stated above and for other valid reasons, SHERIFF ARPAIO, et. al. have been and are GROSSLY NEGLIGENT and TORTIOUSLY LIABLE to the lawful residents of Maricopa County, Arizona, and the State of Arizona.

BREACH of FIDUCIARY DUTY

For the reasons stated above, SHERIFF ARPAIO, et. al. have BREACHED THEIR FIDUCIARY DUTIES owed to the lawful residents of Maricopa County, Arizona, and The State of Arizona, who have been egregiously and irreparably damaged by Sheriff Arpaio, et. al.'s tortious acts and omissions, which are the direct and proximate cause of those damages.

TITLE 42 - Deprivation of Equal Protection
For the reasons stated above, Sheriff Arpaio, et. al. have deprived the the lawful residents of Maricopa County, Arizona, and the State of Arizona oftheir Constitutional right to equal protection of the law.

We will allow you FOUR WEEKS from the date/time of your receipt of this DEMAND, to negotiate a settlement of these claims, prior to filing and serving the formal SUMMONS and COMPLAINT on these claims.
