KPHO Not Letting Go of Belief in Bigfoot -- Alleged Sasquatch Toenail Found

The Valley TV station that claims it's "Telling It Like It Is" seems to report on mythical creatures a lot more than any other news outlet in the state.

This time, the news-hounds at KPHO -- often glorified by New Times for their ongoing Chupacabra hunts -- are reporting on the alleged find of Bigfoot's toenail.

This toenail was purportedly found by someone in Seligman, and it's been appropriately named "The Toenail of Bigfoot."

In case the kids start asking, "Mommy, where does Bigfoot come from?" KPHO got the answer for that, too.

"A 100 percent human female, mixed with a male of an unknown species," according to some real science provided to KPHO. Perhaps the female human was breeding with the male ignoramus.

Anyway, back to your regularly scheduled unicorn/leprechaun/Loch Ness monster/dragon/chupacabra/Bigfoot hunt from KPHO:

I like KPHO. They're among one of the local "mainstream" news outlet that is anti-arpaio in sentiment. And for that, I salute them.

That would explain the leadership in Arizona AND those who vote for them.

gee Matt.....you dont think the anchors and the reporter laughing might be an indication that they arent buying it do you? they were also looking pretty incredulous when they reported that Arpaio and Zullo had definitive proof that Obama's birth certificate was fake. and they also looked like they were choking back a chuckle when they reported that old superstar Seagal was going to personally train the posse

@Lone_Wolf  they have had some good investigative stuff come out way before anybody else. the report on the posse for one, and they are the only ones out with a summary of the 10,000 page report too (and how MCSO hasnt touched those cases even though Joe was saying during the election that they were reinvestigating those cases )

@danzigsdaddy Yeah, I don't get the whole New Times' 'Let's laugh at KPHO' tactic. They aren't necessarily buying into this stuff, they are just reporting what people tell them, and letting you take it or leave it as you see fit. I've watched a couple of these now, and it's not like KPHO is staking out watering holes and buying Chupacabra traps.

I like the New Times, been reading it for almost 30 years now, but some of these seem to be desperate attempts to remind everyone that it is a "serious" news publication or something.
