I hope we are not all  shocked  when theis all comes to an end,,if that was my Son, I would not except anything other than the Death Penalty.

Wish you could have seen Martinez in action yesterday.  It was epic.  He hit his stride and many of us thought she was on the edge of breaking down and confessing.  He got her to admit she did in fact injure her finger in the attack on Travis (which of course she tried to backpeddle but she did admit it under oath..oops!).  I think some of the sparring, although perhaps unintended, has been ok.  It's shown Jodi Arias is capable of holding her own against a strong male opponent.  She gives it as good as she gets.  She's combative right back. No shrinking violet that's for sure.  Looking forward to seeing his rebuttal case.  Hope to see ya back in court next week.

Jodi is a very clever gal. I do not understand why the prosecutor doesn't have her declared a "hostile' witness. She refuses to answer the questions and is getting away with "murder" again and this time I mean on the witness stand. USUALLY THE PROSECUTOR CAN ASK THE JUDGE TO INSTRUCT THE WITNESS TO ANSWER THE QUESTION WITH A "YES" OR "NO" AND THEN EXPLAIN.   JUAN MARTINEX IS IN OVER HIS HEAD, SORRY TO SAY.

There are many innocent and gullible people in the world and most do not understand that there is truly evil individuals in it, borderline, sociopathic, psychopathic and alike prey on this knowledge....................lets hope there,s none on the JURY!!! . In Iran when convicted of murder the accused is taken to a room with only a bench, a noose is placed around his neck as he stands on bench and the family members are allowed to speak with him/her. When the discussion is over they are aloud to either let him walk FREE or kick over the bench.......................what do you think Travis family would do ?

I cannot really judge her for what she has done 27 stabs a shot to the head and then slit his throat. Hmmmm does anyone really know what really happened between them besides her and him not the law,judge,jury or prosecutor knows anything but wanting a conviction besides the jury. I do hope the jury thinks about that one little thing called love cause there are very mean people that do like to play with hearts and a person can get very violent over that word everyone has that happen to them most just take the heart ache and few get very violent let's see if the law can get some women he played in the past ooo wait the law won't cause then they will get only 3 year sentence then a higher conviction I think people should not be to quick to judges until you put yourself in her shoes just saying. And another thing the prosecutor sure did want to know the answer to her and that guys fantasy if you ask me seems he way trying to fulfill his as well. She is starting to show her true personality. I disagee with Tano. I think she will be found guilty of murder one, and will be given the death penalty. The 'self defense' story doesn't really add up when facts show that she traveled hundreds of miles out of her way from California to Utah to 'visit' the guy, then she completely forgot about having killed him "in self defense" when interviewed about it. It's not likely, in my opinion, that any one juror is going to buy her story, any more than they do the story by Drew Peterson about the disappearance of his last wife, Stacy. I think Jodi will bury herself next week. She is already trying to make herself come across as the hapless victim, when in fact she is a cold hearted stalker and killer.

I do not buy the JA version of events...But I do think TA was the classic two-sided coin Mormon and abusive - at least sexually. The short man complex prosecutor is 3rd rate...He is unable to contain himself as he tries to get JA to not contain herself...It is amateur hour.

I would not convict on 1st degree if the death penalty is in-play... I would go 2nd or even manslaughter.

She's playing the prosecutor like a fiddle. She is making him run all over the place. He's lost his train of thought numerous times. She's slick.
