We all know you far lefties have absolutely no problem dragging one of the only people in Hollywood who is actually getting involved (YES FREE OF CHARGE ON HIS OWN PERSONAL TIME) and trying to pass on the knowledge he's learned during his decades of combat training which involves disarming people of threat who are carrying a firearm. Its quite ironic for the writer chooses to make fun of Seagal by referring to him as a Doofus and claiming his hand to hand tactics " will never, ever stop a school shooting" while totally overlooking that you don't have to have a firearm to endanger children's lives. Its also important to acknowledge our countries best of the best Special Forces assault teams ALL LEARN HAND TO HAND COMBAT! I suppose that's probably a Doofus move too, what do those Special Forces guys know about combat anyways? I guess according to this writer since all our military fighters are armed with guns hand to hand combat is completely pointless to waste their time on. Yes this is what is wrong with America, although Seagal isn't the most likable guy, out of all the people in Hollywood who this guy could have made fun of or called out, he decided to choose the guy who puts his personal time aside for that small chance he might be able to help. YOUR THE ONE WHO IS PATHETIC MATHEW HENLEY! Why don't you do something heroic for this country instead of attempting to make those who are look like a fool!

Not a fan of Seagal's, who seems to live in his own private fantasy world. I was made aware of Seagal's film-purposed purchase of Terry Reed's book, "Compromised," which he reneged and denied all involvement though the family still has the check. I guess our egos are the downfall of all of us. Strange that he is into love and peace through firepower. Really, I thought he'd be teaching Tai-Chi on a beach in the South Pacific by now - the old fart.

The irony of all of this is that the local shurf is simply using a huge tragedy against humans for his own, narcissistic personal gain of public support and potential  votes. 

Mr. Cee Gal is simply an old actor who is looking for something to keep his image out in public so people might recognize him in the local grocery, asking for his autograph, or maybe a hooker will recognize him and service him pro bono (not an intended play on words). 

I can only imagine that other law enforcement agencies have taken steps to create training for a first responder response team to help with these potential criminal incidents, BUT, they don't make it known to the public AND they involve the academic educators and administrators as part of the TEAM before any training occurs. 

It's the motive we are questioning in this case. Not the process. Big difference.
