THE CAMPAIGN TO RECALL SHERIFF ARPAIO

Here is a list of the libraries where volunteers will have petitions to recall Sheriff Arpaio this Saturday and Sunday.

We could use your help at any of these. You can also pick up petitions to circulate on your own at any one of these six locations. Instructions are provided, and they are important.

Sat, February 9 from 10:00AM to 3:00PM.

DNichols- Not one second of valuable campaign time should have EVER been wasted on Mike Stauffer, a candidate who had NO chance of making any difference in ANY election. Still the moron minions chose to waste thousands of hours trying to bash/discredit Stauffer. There was NEVER ANY proof that Stauffer was a shill candidate. Despite the FACT that Olivia Cortez was discovered almost immediately as a sham candidate, despite the FACT that NO such evidence was EVER discovered against Stauffer and despite the FACT that he had entered the race at least 1 ½ years prior to anyone knowing or even suspecting that a sham candidate would be needed, everyone STILL decided to continue on with the grade school playground antics and name calling. How effective was that for you?

Despite anyone’s childish and asinine equations that Mike Stauffer would only hurt Paul Penzone, THE FACT remains, history dictates and common sense assures that Mike Stauffer also pulled many votes away from Arpaio. There are thousands of Republican voters who are disgruntled with Joe Arpaio yet could never bring themselves to vote for a Democrat candidate. These ‘Protest’ votes went to Mike Stauffer.Joe Arpaio will either remain in office until he dies or until the IQ of the average person voting against him evolves past that of a lima bean, I strongly suspect the former

@Bnbk I don't have any inside view of the corruption in MCSO, nor do I need one to know that it's there. I also don't need an inside view of the current money grab that is disguised as a recall effort. You want to blast me for talking about the past, yet all you guys can point to is the ancient history of the Pearce recall. As I said this is an entire County not a single LD. If you want to be a loyal Randy-Bot and pretend that this is actually a serious attempt to unseat Arpaio, then go ahead and pretend. Don't accuse me of doing nothing just because I don't want contribute to Randy's next paycheck.

You can rant and rave about the past election,Stauffer,Olivia Cortez and the rest of the past history,but this is now and this recall effort will go foward whether you or anyone else likes it or not. Arpaio would have lost a "Fair Election".

The GOP voter suppression tactics printing election materials in Spanish with false vote dates, provisional ballots to Hispanic voters, and of course Arpaio's "Deputy Mike Siphon Stauffer" helped Arpaio Cheat enough to retain his Rule of Tyranny.

Arpaio would Lose Badly in a "Fair Election".

If a Recall happens, I hope it will be "Clean"?!!

I don't "think" it will fail, I know it will fail. It will take about 2,900 signatures per day. I don't care if you have a paid signature gathering service or not, that is not going to happen. According to my calculations, by midnight tonight they will have to have 23,200 signatures or they are already behind. It's a waste of time, money and it's hard on people who do the foot work. Parraz knows how to carve out a career.

Do we really have to be subjected to another long drawn round of this type of crap? After all the vitriol and the childish tactics that were deployed to try and push Paul Penzone down everyone’s throat while extending boundless energy and effort to defame and discredit the other candidates, NOTHING would surprise me with this group. I DO however think it’s important to state that Neither Randy Parraz, Bob Unferth nor anyone else associated with this effort is affiliated with the “drug cartels” nor are they criminals or gangsters.

Randy is nothing more than just another loud mouthed self serving publicity hound that is using activism as a way to make a buck (no shortage of these types in Arizona) The time to throw Arpaio out on his @ss has long passed and the ball was once again dropped (By MANY people) If Randy and group want to actually make a difference in the community, there are several worthy efforts out there that need attention. Perhaps none as controversial and cash generating as Arpaio, but seriously…It’s time to give this crap a rest!

It's a fact that the effort to recall Arpaio is just a scam by the activists who really don't care if he is recalled or not. They only want you to think they care and so they are asking for your money but in reality, 100% of your donations will go into their pockets to fund their lavish vacations and the drug cartels. And it's sad that unsuspecting people including you are being ripped off by these clueles activists. What a clever way to fund the cartels without arousing suspicions... by collecting donations from people who think their money is going to get rid of Sheriff Joe.

Anyone with a functioning brain cell knows that without the use of a petition gathering service, there is about a 10% chance that anyone will be able to obtain a sufficient amount of valid signatures to force a recall election.

unlike the Pearce recall I want to be amongst the first to call BS on this supposed effort. Even if a recall election took place, there would probably be at least a half dozen people throwing their hat in the ring, the vote would then undoubtedly be split to the extent that Arpaio would win by an even wider margin than ever before. Perhaps this is part of the master plan/scam. We can always force a special election and then watch a bad replay of Randy and crew jumping up and down with blood red faces and loudly proclaiming (without proof) that every candidate except theirs is a shill. Anything for media exposure!

Unfortunately many people will undoubtedly fall for this and end up wasting their time and money based on the excellent job that Randy and the CBA (mainly the hard working people who WERE CBA at the time) done on the Pearce recall. This is NOT one single LD, it’s the entire County. These people are NOT trying to recall anyone; it's nothing but a money grab and a way to waste the time of hundreds of well intentioned volunteers while lining the pockets of certain people with fat salaries, or "Consultant Fees" as they prefer to call them. It's quite legal but it's absolutely shameful and the TRUE motives are pathetically transparent.

Despite the PAID minions that will flood this and any subsequent articles with their Pro-Recall rhetoric, this is nothing more than another stupid publicity stunt and a chance to capitalize off of the misfortune of those who have been victims of Arpaio’s abuse!
