Mr. Hendley, Where are the mugshots of the elected officials, law enforcement and others in the system who are under investigation, arrested, in court, in jail or prison, on probation, etc. ? Without them featured, this is a biased, one-sided column that does not reflect the rest of the New Times outstanding journalism.
if you can't feature the officials -- many of them "criminals" on the "outside, then scrap the 'mug shots". These photos do not reflect who is truly being thrown into the criminal justice system daily when a non-violent, first offender can be sent to prison in Arizona for decades.
