Meghan McCain Claims Her Vagina Doesn't Decide Who She's Voting for

Meghan McCain's vagina: not for voting.
Despite the speculation that Senator John McCain's daughter, Meghan McCain, consults her vagina before casting votes -- speculation we assume never existed -- she claims she does not.

McCain was in the KTAR booth for her weekly chat with Mac and Gaydos yesterday, and confirmed something that no one really asked, like the time she explained that she's not a lesbian, but is actually "strictly dickly."

McCain was asked about an article that says GOP presidential candidate Mitt Romney is gaining ground with female voters, and McCain claimed the so-called "war on women" was concocted by the media.

(Full audio can be found here, McCain comes in just before the nine-minute mark.)

Although people like Republican Congressman Todd Akin -- who's mostly known for his comments on "legitimate rape -- are around, McCain said that personally, her vagina's not an influence.

"For me, as a pro-life, female, Republican voter, I'm not voting with my vagina," McCain said. "I'm voting with my pocketbook, and when it comes to national security -- those are the two main issues for me, not birth control."

There wasn't a follow-up to that, and we don't have contact information for McCain's vagina to comment.

However, after a quick Google search, we can confirm that at least some vaginas do prefer President Obama, although we had trouble finding pro-Romney vaginas.

If you just felt a sudden drop in your intelligence quotient, feel free to leave your grievance in the comments below.

Wealthy vaginas with easy access to health care probably have different concerns than lower income vaginas that struggle with basic health needs....

Could you imagine the poor poll worker that had to ID that vagina if it did vote (yeah, I said poll worker).

This article reminds me of many years ago when Patricia Schroeder was a Congress person from Colorado. She apparently became enraged when a bill she had sponsored was killed and she said something like, "The only reason this bill was killed is because I have breasts and a vagina". One of the senior members at time was reported to have said something like, "If you used them now and then you might get a bill passed"......

That was about the same time the State of Colorado had a contest to determine the state flower. One of the contributions, "The Colorado Concubine".

As it turned out the state flower is now the Colorado Columbine.

Just some mush to mull while wondering why Ms. McCain found it necessary to make such a reference to her gender assignment.

Boy wasn't that debate good last night between Romney and Obama!  Obama sure looked like a fool on stage and Romney beat his ass.  That's two debates in Romney's favor so folks, guess who is most likely to be our next President.  I'll give you a hint: he will be a Republican.

I'm not familiar with Ms. McCain but I assume that because she is being attacked she must be a Republican.

@Flyer9753 HA! That's what you are hoping for but you are going to be disappointed.  The truth is Obama is a major failure and people realize that now.  Many people who voted for him in 2008 won't be voting for him again.  That's a fact.  He has screwed everything up.  Look at health care.  People are going to be required to buy health insurance or face prison time??????????????.  What kind of an idiot was he to mandate it?  He has hurt our economy more than help it and that is the truth.

No. It was a combination of the two.

Yes there were already nukes and missiles on Cuba, but only a few were complete, the rest were not and needed additional equipment from the soviets to become operational

The blockade was established to prevent more missiles from being brought into Cuba as well as the needed launch site parts to finish existing sites under construction and deploy new ones. Most of it was actually the missile fueling equipment.

It was a combination of regular diplomacy and the 'gunboat' diplomacy of not allowing resupply of the cuban forces that got us through that. That and Khrushchev's belief that Kennedy would sink a ship trying to run the blockade and no one really wanted escalations that could go all the way to a global exchange. They all well knew the truth about MAD and no one really wanted to risk it going that far. Well I can't say no one, the US military commanders were very gung-ho and wanting to do an all out attack on cuba which probably would have led to a nuclear exchange, only Kennedy held them back

Your statement about the ships turning around is also not accurate.

There were a total of 19 ships identified to be carrying missile or missile parts. Of those 19, 16 reversed course but 3 continued to heard towards the quarantine line and it was believed with good evidence that a soviet sub was between 2 of the 3 ships, shadowing them in case of attack by US forces. 1 of those ships finally turned back after nearing the quarantine line but 2 others and the sub did not turn back until very close to the quarantine line when they stopped in the water and sat for several minutes before finally reversing course. They were close enough that the US force commanders on-site stated later that they were loaded and fingers on the triggers to fire and expected to within 2 minutes, when they crossed the line, meaning they were within 2 minutes of crossing the line.

They also had standing orders to destroy the sub if it in any way threatened a US ship.

ExpertShot topcommenter

@MaskedMagician1967  @Flyer9753 You might want to read up on the Cuba thing.  The "war" was averted by diplomacy and it was not "gunboat diplomacy" either.  Kennedy gave up nukes pointed at the Soviets and the Soviets gave up the nukes they ALREADY HAD on Cuba.  The Soviets ships had already turned around by the time the blockade was up.

Jefferson rocked - I have read all his papers and the man had a depth of vision that was and is just amazing.

Please understand when I make that comment about the dems I mainly mean the dems of the last 12 years and mainly because they are being wimps and not playing hard ball against the republicans like they need to be.

I agree with the names you mention and a few more as being truly notable American patriots.

When you are faced with such overwhelming abuses as the republicans have carried out you have to wholeheartedly embrace the 'walk softly but carry a big stick' attitude as a means of countering, but they are not doing that IMHO.

They need to get out there and get the message across a lot better. Not by being mean or resorting to the same tactics the repubs are, since I do not agree two wrongs making a right, but they have to be a lot more forceful at getting the facts of the arguments out there and taking republicans to task when they are caught doing the types of things they have been caught at, like the wannabe loud mouth I mentioned previously.

Micheal J Fox said it best in a movie and it's something that the Democrats need to realize is the truth they need to embrace

"People want leadership, Mr. President, and in the absence of genuine leadership, they'll listen to anyone who steps up to the microphone. They want leadership. They're so thirsty for it they'll crawl through the desert toward a mirage, and when they discover there's no water, they'll drink the sand."

The entire exchange is better and lays the ground for the subject but I don't want to spam this post with a long C/P but you can google it and you will see the entire exchange.

He was talking to the President at the time in the movie but it's something that the democrats in general need to learn and remember, because in respects to congress and the obstuctionism we have seen over the past 4 years, it is 100% true.

People want the truth deep down, but in general are too lazy or bewildered to get it themselves, it has to be given to them factually and accurately and that is something the Dems are not doing a good enough job at.

@Flyer9753 Yup. Lincoln and TR would be disgusted.

Jefferson was one of the best and brightest Founding Fathers. It's his words that Lincoln correctly interpreted that led to the abolition of slavery.

Yes I agree that the Dems aren't much better, though there are a few notable ones like Grover Cleveland (the man who dedicated the Statue of Liberty in NY on 10/28/1886), Woodrow Wilson (the man who led America through WWI), FDR (who led us through the Great Depression and WWII) and JFK (who prevented WWIII by issuing a Naval blockade of Cuba instead of sending the Air Force)

No I didn't catch that but I can find it on YouTube I'm sure. What a complete asshole that father is.

If those true republicans were alive today they would be spitting at the current republican/GOP party.

If Jefferson were still around he would line up all the republicants in congress on the white house lawn and go through a brick of ammo and rightly so.

It is treason when you state day one that your only job the next 4 years is to make sure the President, and therefore the country, fail instead of doing your sworn duty to govern for the people.

The Democrats are not much better, I will be the first to admit, but I don't see them being deliberately obstructionist like the republicans were with record filibusters and outright lies.

Did you catch the Senate hopeful Thomas (R) the other day with his sons Kenya comment? And his father only distanced himself from it after he was asked about it and then only distanced himself, he never said it was wrong. And these are our future leaders? Ridiculous.

@Flyer9753  What happened to the days of Republicans like Presidents Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt?

Nowadays. Republicans take their marching orders from Grover Norquist instead of the people they were hired and collect a $175K salary to represent in Congress.

Jason, Sen. McCain did not blame that fire on illegals. He repeated what he was told by a Forest Ranger who was speculating that the area of the fire was "closed" due to the fire danger, therefore anyone there would be illegally there. Research it and if you find differently I will apologize.
