this just goes to prove Arpaio isnt serious about stopping crime. if he has a few cops filtering through this just to produce his web site and magazine, those are cops who could have been assigned to the sex crimes division. those are cops getting paid to make a mockery of the law by trying to make funny mug shots that Joe could use to sell his magazine, instead of paying cops to stop or investigate sex crimes and other crimes. I'm sure there about 30-50 traumatized kids who were repeteadly raped because there are cops assigned to this instead of locking up the people who assaulted them, just tickled pink in therapy knowing that the cop who could have kept their lives from being destroyed, can get some vagrant to take a funny picture. and I'm sure Marty Atencio's family is happy to know the new times is helping to promote the same humiliating practice MCSO used on their ill son, right before the tortured and murdered him.

whats next? are we going to publish pictures of molested kids, curled up in the fetal position and crying, and tack funny little captions on them? yep, its sure good fun making smart-ass wise cracks about peoples misfortune.

I've never cared for the mugshot of the week media attention seeking campaign at MCSO. Now, it's documented in court testimony that some jailers are making this whole thing a joke during the booking process, instead of just doing their jobs.

Whatever purpose this media program might have served seems to have outlived itself.

It's time for MCSO to discontinue this garbage.

If people have the need to see these faces all they have to do is drive around Phoenix, or hop the light rail from time to time, day or night.

I'm appalled that a publication whose frequent "topic of conversation" for the past several years has been the way the Tin Star Media Whoe Arpaio has abused human dignity, civil rights and law enforcement saavy would turn around and imitate his low-life behavior. Come on, Matt. Take the high road in this and prove you're a better human being than that foolish, old, blubbering, vile, poorest excuse for a county "law man", Joe Apraio.

Look and laugh at these mutants! what a bunch of losers in the game of life. I don't know why we don't just summarily execute these obviously useless humans. Why do we allow them to eat our food and drink our water? To continue on with their miserable, utterly incapable lives? Just slip the bitter pills into their rations one day and fire up the crematoriums. Problem solved for a day or three and I'll take my tax dollar savings and buy a new set of skis to better enjoy my worthy and purposeful life.

What would you guys do with your windfall tax refunds after the undesirables are eliminated?

They are all losers and are right where they belong. But if Penzone were sheriff he'd let them all out I would image. Tattoos like that should become illegal.

@JoeArpaioFan Question for you. Why were all these screwballs out on the streets committing crimes when Joe's been sheriff for 125 years? Why isn't Joe protecting us from these mutants?

Maybe Joe should spend less time rounding up hotel maids who are working 60 hours a week cleaning toilets and changing sheets and start cleaning the worthless scum off the street like all the "legals" in these pics.

I want my tax dollars used to keep real criminals, the kind that break into my house, drive recklessly on suspended licenses, shoplift and criminally trespass off the streets. Joe does a shitty job of that and always has.
