David Walker Flew in From Chicago, Went Straight to His Ex-Wife's House, and Allegedly Beat Her Boyfriend to Death With a Baseball Bat

David Walker flew into town from Chicago early yesterday morning, and was in Phoenix for about an hour before he beat his ex-wife's boyfriend to death with a baseball bat, according to police.

Phoenix police say Walker, 29, got in around 12:30 a.m., and went straight to his ex-wife's house, near 39th Avenue and Bell Road.

Walker's accused of going in through the back door of his ex-wife's house, grabbing a baseball bat from the garage, then heading up to his ex-wife's bedroom.

Once he entered the bedroom -- where his ex-wife and her boyfriend, Adam Moring, were sleeping -- Walker hit Moring several times in the head with bat, police say.

Walker also hit his ex-wife with the bat, according to the cops, before Walker forced his wife to gather up their two kids and drive the four of them to Tempe.

It's not really clear why Walker wanted to go to Tempe, but once his wife drove him there, he jumped out of the car, and threw the bat as he ran away.

His ex-wife called the cops once she found a phone, and although Phoenix Fire Department personnel got Moring to a hospital, he died a few hours later.

Phoenix police ended up tracking down Walker last night, as he was staying in a motel room in Tempe. A Phoenix police spokesman says Walker refused to speak to investigators.

Walker's facing quite a few charges, including first-degree murder, aggravated assault, kidnapping, burglary, tempering with evidence, and a couple marijuana-related charges.

No ex-wife is worth killing and life in prison. What a loser. I bet he has a minuscule dick and he was pissed about it. That is really the only logical explanation I can come up with for this insanity.
