Tempe Named One of "America's Most Fun, Affordable Cities" -- Agree?

Since Ocean City, Maryland topped the list, it was kind of an indication that this one could be tossed in the garbage, but a city press release notes this is the second straight year the downtown Tempe area has held the third spot in this list.
Mayor Mark Mitchell -- who was once known to have fun, or something like it, on Mill Avenue -- calls it a place with "something for everyone."
Tempe's probably better than some of the budget "resort towns" that haven't seen an ounce of fun in 20 years, but based on your professional opinion and experience
