I knew Jason for several years. Yes, he was intense and could get fired up. Chad. I didn't know him as well. He seemed quiet and was good at what he did. The comments of Jason treating Chad like a brother and considering him one. True. Ktulu...you are simply ignorant. If you were an insurance appraiser aka (the guy who tried to save the billion dollar insurance companies money) and you dealt with someone you thought was doing unscrupulous things and did nothing to stop it, well.....it pretty much sums up your ethic as well. It really doesn't matter how heated an argument can get. You simply don't kill them (alledged). If you knew them both, you knew Jason was a large strong man....and Chad? Tall, but not near the size Jason was. So, if they got into a scuffle and Chad had no cuts, bruises let alone anything more serious and Jason is likely dead??? It just doesn't add up. I have had my cars repaired there for years and have referred many friends over the years. Mine were not insurance claims, just some custom work, and Kutlu.....I always had a fair price and the job was done to the level of excellence every time. I can only hope that this all gets cleared up and that the truth comes out. Jason....you will be missed to all those who considered you a friend. I pray that you are at peace.

I am an auto appraiser and have been to that shop many times and can tell you that Jason was a lying, conniving thief. He cheated his bod. ymen on hours and lied to his estimators about bonuses. That is why he had a revolving door of employees there, the only ones who could stay were equally lying and conniving types.We all know he did time in CA for insurance fraud and was up to his old tricks out in Scottsdale, openly telling customers how to enhance the damage to their vehicles. Hopefully now that miserable shop will close its door forever

Im am a technician for the late Scottsdale auto collision and never not once have i been screwed out of hours from Jason, the cheap fraudulent adjusters such as yourself... many times. Your just pissed because we actually do whats in the best interest for the customer, not the billion dollar insurance companies screwing customers out of monthly premiums and trying to hang china parts on their vehicles. Yes i will acknowledge that jason did time for fraud but thats just it he did his time... Have you? He was a great boss and a great person and as to "wealth" yes jason was a big guy but chad used his gun. I have photos in my possession of the after math of bullet holes and the attempt to cover them up at the shop . Chad is a murderer and justice will be served. I am an employee of Scottsdale Auto Collision and I just have to first say that this situation is very sad. It has been a really rough week at work. I knew both the victim and alleged defendants and I have to agree with FriendofTamara, the whole thing is very disturbing. Chad is a very intelligent man and this whole thing doesn't make sense. There are a lot of things the detectives still haven't told the public about this case. I just hope anyone that can help the detectives in this case will and tell them ANYTHING they might know about the disappearance of Jason will step up and tell them.

To FriendofJason, I know the alleged defendants and this whole thing is very disturbing to me. They are good people with a family they adore and would do anything to PROTECT them. I know about Jason's personallity and there are issues in this case that have not come to light yet. Even though what happened is horrible, there may be a very good reason that it happened the way it did.

Yes, the evidence is there, but Chad and Tamara had the right to request an attorney before speaking to the police and their right to plead not guilty. IT WAS THEIR RIGHT!!! Yes Chad is an arrogant sob and has a terrible history and Tamara should have thought better before getting involved, but again, NOT EVERYTHING HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO LIGHT. @FriendofTamara Regardless of Jason's personality or other "issues," that is not an excuse for what was done. Go to legal arbitration. Be a man. And if you snap, don't take your wife out with you and now leave your 4 kids as orphans? Protect them? All he did was destroy Jason's life, his own life, his wife's (your friend's) life, the children's, not to mention a business they both loved. And in 1 final cowardly act, Chad made sure his wife went down with him by having her help. Way to "protect!" Jason loved Chad like a brother. They both had unique personalities and the end result is very sad with a lot of lives ruined. RIP Jason.

@AZallday you apparently don't know Chad or Tamara. From what I understand, Jason always fought with Chad. I even saw it myself years ago. I tried to make my original comments as tactful as possible, but after reading your post, I will guess you're a friend of Jason's and I will say he may have threatened Chad or provoked him another way that caused this to happen. Jason was not an "innocent" man by any stretch of the imagination. I feel bad that his relatives have to go through this, but I feel even worse for Chad and Tamara and their families. No one considers the other party's position, reasoning or opinions anymore and it's pathetic. By the way, Chad and Tamara's children will NEVER be orphans !!!!!!!

I agree this isn't our fight. I only ask that the kids and grandparents aren't brought into this. They have enough to deal with now. I know it's frustrating to not know where Jason is, but from what I understand Chad and Tamara aren't talking until they are able to speak to their lawyers, which is their right. Hopefully after they've spoken to counsel things will start to come out and this whole mess can be resolved one way or the other.

@FriendofTamara, I am glad the kids will be taken care of. I knew Jason and Chad. Introvert vs Extrovert. Or as I have heard others say "Pitbull vs Cobra." yes, Jason had a bark, but he also had a huge heart, one that he wore on his sleave. Chad probably took lots of verbal abuse I am sure, and business owners have the right to choose to work together or choose not to. But Chad was a quiet cobra, who quietly had the most wicked bite of them all. You can try and spin it however you want but Jason did not deserve this regardless of who is your friend. You don't take the law into your own hands. God bless the children, friends, and family of all. This isn't "our" fight, this is "our" tragedy. A lot of lives were ruined, lets not lose sight of that. I am truly ashamed for posters Moon_Hunter and drgonzo A tragedy has occurred, what appears, Jason was brutally murdered and what sounds like dismembered God forbid. Even worse, by a man he obviously trusted and befriended enough to be business partners with and all your "comments" are are trying to correct another's comment AND in a very rude and disrespectful way at that!

it's real evidence, not alleged evidence. The cops allege that the evidence recovered supports a conclusion, but the evidence is real. Likewise, the cops allegedly recovered evidence that shows a crime occurred.
