Unfounded. I had a stroke while driving my car and crashed. MCSO did not do the tiniest bit of medical assistanc e, instead they arrested me for DUI and I spent 4 days in Durango jail, where I got the shit kicked out of me by a gang because I did not mop the floor right andthe guards did not do anything. The food is uneatable, you get peanut butter and bread for breakfast every morning and your dinner is called slop. It is some kind of soup with god knows what is in the slop. As I was injured in jail, I got no medical attention and t he guards thought the blood pring out of me was funny. And they would not let me call my attorney in jail. In jail, all outgoing phone calls are collect and my attorney does not accept collect calls. I told the guards this butthey said tough shit and I explained to them denying me legal assistgance would probably cost them their jobs. I am an anglo and I now believe Sheriff Joe has to go or be imprisoned. The justice system in Maricopa county is broken.
