Joe the Plumber: Start Shootin' People Crossing the Border, and Vote for Lori Klein

A man who calls himself a plumber told people attending a fundraiser for state Senator Lori Klein that he's got the solution for the country's immigration issues, and he's been saying it for years: "Put a damn fence on the border going to Mexico and start shootin'."
That self-proclaimed plumber is Joe "the plumber" Wurzelbacher, of course, and that moment can be found at the 28:18 mark in the video above, captured by prescottenews.com (their recap can be found here).
"You know, for years, I've said, you know, 'Put a damn fence on the...border going to Mexico and start shootin','" he said. "I'm running for Congress, and that should be a bad thing to say. You know what, that's how I feel. I'm not going to hide it because I'm running for an office. I want my borders protected. I'm very, very, uh, uh, adamant about it."
Wurzelbacher's statement came amid a thought about how some Republicans currently in office hold back on saying what they mean for the fear that it shows up on the news.
Here's a tip for Wurzelbacher -- just about anyone who advocates for shooting a lot of people is going to end up on the news.
As we mentioned, the fundraiser was to support Klein, who's not so good with guns -- she pointed a loaded firearm at an Arizona Republic reporter's chest last year.
She also won a New Times "Best Of Phoenix" award last year for "Best Bigot," thanks to her hatin' Mexicans.
To the likely surprise of no one, Sheriff Joe Arpaio was the first speaker at the fundraiser.
Perhaps even less surprising, Klein was at a rally with recalled state Senator Russell Pearce earlier that day.
