there is no air conditioned room in tents, its a swamp cooled room with open doors and about 300 people in it (which defeats the whole idea). and as for the ice cream? that is normally for the guards only. they had to clear out the coolers to deal with the critters (mice and rats) and empty it when the units go bad is the only times that the ice cream is distributed to the inmates. these are selected acts of kindness that are released by MCSO specifically to make them look humane (without giving out all the facts pertaining to them). this is just another last ditch attempt by MCSO to make them look as if they are not violating any rights or treating people inhumanely. i enjoy your articles, BUT, you should have done a little background on this one. please remember, if Joe or MCSO suddenly look humane? whats in it for them, or what are they distracting you from

@JoeArpaioFan yes we know the temp will be 115 for a while, you include it in almost every single post you put up. and if you dont post that, then all you do is start swearing and trying to let everybody know what an angry little child sounds like when he needs a nap. you evidently have a 3rd grade education (at the highest level). try to pay attention to what people are saying on this site. your hero Joe Arpaio is costing those of us who are old enough to pay taxes millions of dollars through his publicity seeking actions. his immigration sweeps are only saving 60 jobs at the most. his bungling and mismanagement has cost us hundreds of millions of dollars. the lawsuits we have had to settle against him are also in the hundreds of millions of dollars. those 60 (at the most) jobs he saved are $14,000 a year jobs. that means he saved less than a million in income for U.S. citizens while costing us over a quarter of a billion dollars. maybe we wouldnt pick on your hero if he was actually effective at his job instead of trying anything he can to get on T.V. if you cant see how inept this guy is after overlooking over 400 rapes, and then apologizing to any of the victims "IF there were any?" holy christ have you got problems.
