Curtis Mann Was Creeping Out and Chasing 13-Year-Old Girls, According to Tempe Police

Curtis Earl Mann apparently missed that memo, as Tempe police say the 19-year-old was literally chasing a pair of 13-year-old girls through Harelson Park on Monday.
According to police, Mann approached the pair of teenagers around 5:20 p.m. at the park, which is behind Tempe's Kyrene De La Mariposa Elementary School.
Mann engaged the two in conversation, then "followed and chased" the two girls when they tried to run away from him, according to the cops.
Police say the girls ran toward some adults at the park, and called 9-1-1 once they were at a safe distance.
The girls gave police Mann's description, and found him trying to hide near a walled area.
A woman in the park -- this one over the age of 18 -- told police she also met Mann in the park, and he also acted like a creep to her, making "an obscene sexual remark" to her, according to police.
A police spokesman says detectives are checking with other law-enforcement agencies to find out if Mann's a "known offender" in their neck of the woods.

Mann was charged with two counts of disorderly conduct.
