Judd Herberger, 70, is scheduled to be sentenced tomorrow on an aggravated DUI charge.
Judd Herberger, the son of late Valley philanthropists Kax and Robert Herberger, will be sentenced tomorrow on a felony DUI charge.

Court records don't show how much time he'll get, but Herberger, 70, was booked into jail after he pleaded guilty on February 23 to aggravated DUI, a class 4 felony. Another charge, for driving on a revoked license, was dropped in his plea deal.

Herberger was busted last March in Scottsdale.

His famous last name is attached to the Herberger Theater in Phoenix and Arizona State University's Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts.

Judd Herberger owns Herberger Enterprises, a property management and real estate company.

He's scheduled to be sentenced before Commissioner Pamela Svoboda at 8:30 a.m. in Superior Court.

Herberger was convicted of another DUI charge in 2010 and was still attending court-ordered treatment when he was arrested in March of 2011, records show. He completed a short jail term for that one in April of 2011.
