Andrew Thomas, Lisa Aubuchon Discipline to be Revealed in April 10 Hearing

Andrew Thomas, former Maricopa County Attorney, will find out on April 10 if he's to be disbarred.

The findings of the Arizona Supreme Court's Disciplinary Panel into alleged ethical violations by former Maricopa County Attorney Andrew Thomas will be announced during an April 10 hearing.

The three-member discipline panel led by State Bar Disciplinary Judge William O'Neil will take place at 9 a.m. on April 10 in the Arizona State Courts Building, 1501 West Washington.

The courtroom will be open 30 minutes before the hearing, and seating's on a first-come, first-serve basis. So, if you want to see what happens to Thomas, you better go early.

The panel will also release its findings on Thomas' former acolytes Lisa Aubuchon and Rachel Alexander. Both former deputy county attorneys were deeply involved with the bogus federal racketeering lawsuit filed against the County Board of Supervisors, and Aubuchon was behind many of the questionable actions taken by Thomas and Sheriff Joe Arpaio against their political enemies.

Thomas and Aubuchon face possible disbarment; Alexander faces a possible suspension of her law license.

The panel's decision follows a lengthy trial-like proceeding that ran from September 12 to November 2.

Archived videos of the hearings from the proceedings, which featured prominent witnesses including Thomas and Arpaio, can be found on the state Supreme Court's Web site.

What goes around, comes around. The self-destruction of Arizona led by a cartel and its not Hispanics.

What happened to the April 2 date when the court was supposed to issue their report and order?  Why is this extended again to April 10?

Lets just hope something becomes of this and it doesn't turn out to be just a slap on the wrist for them and a slap to the face of the public.

April 9 morning poll:  Will Thomas even show up?

corrected:  Rachel Alexander, Thomas' "blogging" queen on a DCA salary should be disbarred. The damage on the global internet of Maricopa County defendants will last for all posterity -- not any different than porn, where one image = 17 years in Arizona.

It's time for an outside independent investigation of the over 200,000 felony cases (since 2005) Thomas bragged about during his unsuccessful run for GOP primary state AG. Those who were falsely accused, wrongfully convicted, over-sentenced and wrongfully imprisoned.

And with the shit I have on all 3 of them, I think disbarment and suspension of their law licenses is the least of their problems.

I can provide a motive to the criminal charges filed against Judge Donahoe, confirm for fact that there was no evidence to file the RICO lawsuit, confirm that the criminal charges against Stapley were filed after the statute of limitations had expired, and I talk at length about SCA and the NT owners arrests.

Finally. I think a lot of us have been waiting for this for a long, long time.

Not unless Arpaio gives him permission to.

I suggest starting with Courtney Bisbee, who is, unbelievably, still sitting in prison.

Only to be appealed because O'neil is too corrupt to recuse himself.  Horibble waste of tax payer dollars and the courts time. Anyone care to guess the cost of this witch hunt?

O'neil is either completly incompetent or corrupt like Stapley and Wilcox.

And we've been waiting almost 4 years for the Justice Department to find their balls and arrest these criminals. Let's hope that happens. Soon.

Absolutely, this was a total  travesty of injustice.

Not Surprised, Again

Arpaio, Hendershott, Thomas, Aubuchon should all face criminal charges after this is done.

Pink Panties for All!

However this could create a shorage of pink fabric?

But atleast Hendershot, and Arpaio could pedal their  electricity generating excersize bike's in jail to watch T.V.

To: Justice.
