I disagree with Mayor Smith. Smith also noted that Phoenix Mayor Greg Stanton was there and he pretty much said the same thing. Again, I disgaree with Mayor Stanton.  GED Jan drank WAY too much Johnnie Walker Black Label scotch before going to meet the president. Hence the reason he walked away.
