Rachel Brock, Daughter of County Supervisor, Avoids Jail Time; Gets Probation For Abusing Same Boy Mother Molested

| Rachel Brock, daughter of County Supervisor Fulton Brock, was sentenced this morning to 10 years probation for sexually abusing a teen boy on multiple occasions. |
Additionally, Pinal County Superior Court Judge Henry Gooday sentenced Brock to one year in jail, which has been deferred.
Brock, 22, pleaded guilty in June to two counts of child abuse with sexual motivation for having sexual contact with the then-13-year-old victim, a family friend the Brock family met through their Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Brock, at the time of much of the abuse, was 18.
Brock originally was booked on seven counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of furnishing obscene materials to a minor.
Susan Brock was initially charged with 15 sex-with-a-kid related crimes for molesting the same boy, but pleaded guilty to only three counts of attempted sexual conduct with a minor. She was sentenced in January to 13 years in prison.

According to court documents obtained by New Times, the first time Rachel Brock had sexual contact with the boy was in July 2007, when he was 13.
Brock and the boy were together on a trip to California when she first touched his penis.
About a month later, while parked in her car in front of her parents' home, Brock performed oral sex on the victim.
In another instance, Brock and the victim were watching a movie at Supervisor Brock's home when Rachel started rubbing the victim's back. The back rub escalated into another blow job, court records show.
In yet another case, Brock and the victim went to a property in Chandler owned by the Brock family and she performed oral sex on him again.
Brock also sent the boy a video of her masturbating, as well as several nude photos.
Supervisor Brock has refused to discuss his family's bizarre sex scandal for more than a year. He's ignored or declined New Times' multiple requests for comment.
