• The guys name is Ignatius griffin. He runs a subcontracting company that installs directv systems. His original contract with directv was terminated when his employees couldn't perform their job to directv standards. He then decided to sue directv claiming racial bias. This is something he is doing in an attempt to bolster his case against directv. If you do crappy work your contract gets terminated, not because you are black.

• I don't live in Gilbert but was very favorably impressed with the dedication and professionalism of the Gilbert Police Department earlier this year.  I was  a crime victim (not a hate crime) with about 16 others, same kind of crime that had gone on for about a year and a half throughout the east valley.    They've got a crackerjack of a Gilbert PD detective over there (he knows who he is) whom I believe is their lead detective, who worked with other police departments, and is an excellent communicator with victims as well as being (what I called) a born detective with great instincts who asks all the right questions, and he follows through on every lead. With that kind of an ugly crime, they were wise not to release any further information. After my experience, I feel certain this hate crime victim is in good hands with Gilbert PD.  (In my case, they finally were able to nail the guy after having rock solid evidence and he was sentenced to 5 years in the slammer.)
