in AZ since they have to be "tough" on crime they invent new crimes to make sure that they can punish people more extremely. Extreme DUI in AZ apparently would be when you drive drunk then? Because now I am sorta confused after re-reading everything. I didn't die when my BAC was .47.20 is half that and while you would be too drunk to drive you aren't really in that great a danger.
