Voters in 23 school districts were asked yesterday to help raise money by approving either a sale of bonds or allowing for extra money to be spent in an "override."

"No" was the answer most often received, according to unofficial election tallies.

$618 million in school bonds were approved.   That's a "no"?    Most of the no votes were for overrides and maintenance issues.    Nice spin job.
