• The mistake Thomas made was underestimating the amount of corruption he was facing including the corruption in our judicial system. Why is Judge O’Neil allowed to be Presiding Disciplinary Judge when he was the Judge in the corruption case against Judge Donahue?  Clearly this is a conflict of interest, a waste of money and grounds for appeal to Federal Court. Why is the disciplinary panel made up of only 3 people?

• You are correct seeking the truth - but don't expect any of the lawyers or investigators involved with the state bar proceedings to be tenacious enough to do the work necessary to prove what you are saying is true.  There are multiple instances of it.  If you work for the county attorney's office, you are not supposed to use that office to threaten lawsuits/maliciously prosecute ordinary citizens.  They used their power as lawyers and law enforcement to go on ego trips and destroy people's lives.  They should be locked up if you think about it. 

• Can you believe the lying bitch Sally Wolfgang Wells?? Everytime she lies she breathes heavy and turns red. Or, should I say everytime she says "I can't remember." Or "I don't know." I wonder if Wells can remember anything she did during thelast 6 years at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. They say when cops lie they say "I don't remember."  She hung around Hendy and Arpaio too much. Thomas can't remember his court dates or maybe got lost. What a punk!!

• This type of attorney is found in Washington, D.C.   They're called Congressmen and Senators.  Their crimes put these local yokels to shame.    Republicans or Democrats..they're all the same.    The two party system exists to create a wedge between the ordinary people and it gives them something to make them feel involved and smarter than others.   In the end they're duped by their beliefs instead of looking critically at the subjects at hand.   And Sheriff Joe will still be in office...as long as he wants to be.

• Andrew Thomas and Lisa Aubuchon are corrupt, sleazy, unethical, undisciplined, mentally unstable, cowardly "attorneys" who need, more than ever, to be disbarred.  

• PJ, the Arizona Republican party is unlike any I have seen in any other state. I doubt there is an ethical credo in the crowd.

• I think this is a pretty clear case of dumber following dumb to the slaughter. In the end I think they both will have their Az bar licenses suspended. All that education gone to waste. To satisfy what appears to be a personal goal of ruining many other lives. They both need to keep in mind that no matter what they say and do to present 'evidence' to the contrary, it appears they were complicit in trying to destroy a well respected judge, among other ethical and legal violations.

• If Andrew had been smart (which he is not), he would would have worked out a deal that would have only suspended his license for say, 10 years.  But no, he has to be an idiot and cost us even more money.  So much for the vaunted "personal responsibility" credo of Republicans.

• It's Arizona. There's not much reason to hope that justice will be done.
