Former Teacher Rosanna Brown Gets 20 Years in Prison For Tricking 14-Year-Old Student Into Having Sex With Her
|Rosanna Brown's heading to prison for 20 years.|
As part her plea agreement, Brown pleaded guilty to one count of sexual conduct with a minor, and two counts of attempted molestation of a child in exchange for a 20-year prison sentence.
As the story goes, Brown posed as a high school cheerleader in text messages she and the boy exchanged for several days before he agreed to meet her at a hotel for a roll in the hay.
Thinking he was going to meet a hot, young cheerleader -- as opposed to his "pretty heavy," 49-year-old teacher -- the victim took a city bus to a Best Western hotel in Phoenix.

When he got to the hotel, Brown -- still posing as a young cheerleader -- told the boy to turn off the lights.
The two then had sex in the dark, again, the boy under the impression he was having sex with a young cheerleader.
At some point during the sexual rendezvous, the boy realized his "cheerleader" wasn't what she seemed -- as Maricopa County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Lisa Allen told New Times at the time of Brown's arrest, she's "pretty heavy."
After realizing he was having sex with his 49-year-old teacher, the boy called his mom, who stormed down to the hotel to confront Brown. Brown, however, hid in the hotel bathroom.
MCSO deputies went to the scene arrested Brown and seized several items in the room, including a negligee.
In addition to the 20 years in prison, Brown will be placed on lifetime probation, and must register as a sex offender.
