District 6 GOP Congressional Primary: Kirk Adams or Matt Salmon?
The two are both Republicans, both Mormon, and both have some big names giving political nods to their candidacies.
In Adams' corner are Kyl, and Congressman Ben Quayle -- each of whom are more moderate than some of their Congressional counterparts.
In Salmon's corner are Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio, and South Dakota Senator John Thune -- each of whom
Salmon hasn't always shown the love to Arpaio, though. More on how Salmon doesn't like -- or respect -- Arpaio (a man he now considers a "tireless advocate for the safety of Maricopa County citizens for almost two decades") here.
Arizona's sixth is a stronghold for the GOP, so whomever wins the Republican primary will likely be representing the Grand Canyon State in Congress.
