Franks was making a very important point. The Supreme Court's interpretation of the balanced budget amendment is unlikely to directly result in either epidemic abortions or construction of death camps for Jews.
All of you who were worried that those things were a part of the balanced budget amendment can now rest easy.

So Trent Franks is all concerned about the Nazis dehumanizing and making the Jews of Germany a sub class with less rights than other German citizens. His concern is amazing considering as chairman of the HouseJudiciary subcommittee on the Constitution, he is leading the charge to keep gays classified as a sub class, with less rights than other American citizens.
