Jason Dubin, Valley Sports Agent, Tried to Lure Teen Girls For Threesome

For fictional sports agent Jerry Maguire, it was "show me the money!" For non-fictional Valley sports agent Jason Dubin, it's apparently more like show me the two underage girls willing to double-up on me for some oral sex.

Dubin got popped yesterday after police say he tried to lure two teenage girls for sex while chatting with them over the Internet. As is often the case, the two girls with whom Dubin thought he was chatting turned out to be cops.

According to court documents obtained by New Times, Dubin, a 31-year-old agent with the firm Athletic Advisory Group LLC, contacted a girl on Facebook named "Christie." "Christie" told Dubin she was 17. Dubin responded by telling her he was 31, and asking if that was "too old."

Over the next several days, Dubin and "Christie" chatted over the social media website MocoSpace.com. The two talked about sex, and Dubin told the girl he wanted to "teach her a few things" about oral sex. He even emailed her a shirtless photo of himself.

In one conversation, Dubin asked "Christie" if she had any friends who were into older guys. "Christie" told him she had a 14-year-old neighbor who might be interested.

Enter "Brittany," "Christie's" supposed 14-year-old neighbor. Too bad for Dubin, "Brittany" holds the title of detective in the Phoenix Police Department's Internet Crimes Against Children Unit.

Dubin and "Brittany" also talked about sex in their chats. Dubin asked her if she would be down to double-up on him with "Christie" for one of his blowjob tutorials. "Brittany" agreed, and the three planned to meet at "Christie's" house last night when her parents would supposedly be out of town.

As the story often goes, Dubin didn't meet the two underage girls with whom he thought he was chatting. He did, however, meet some Phoenix police officers who took him into custody.

According to Phoenix Sergeant Steve Martos, once in custody, Dubin was sure to let authorities know that he was a lawyer who represented several professional athletes.

It's unclear which athletes Dubin represents. Martos tells New Times that Dubin claims to rep a total of eight athletes, although, he isn't sure which ones.

Dubin's former company, Gaylord Sports Management, represents stars like PGA star Phil Mickelson, Cincinnati Reds pitcher Bronson Arroyo, and New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez.

Dubin was booked on two counts of aggravated luring of a minor.

Wow, Ive been out of the country since May and just saw this!. Ive known Jason for nearly 20 years and this is a shock.  This guy has to be one of the nicest, warmest most genuine people Ive known.  A mutual friend told me he was just a few days away from sitting for the bar exam along with running his own company when this happened .  This had to be the result of stress and just a bad decision he made.  I really hope a bad week in 31 years of someones life, doesnt keep him from his potential.  This is a good guy people and by no means a pervert. This guy was considered in many circles of people I knew to have such potential and integrity.  Ive been with Jason when he was around females and he always was by far a gentleman to the highest degree, and me being a woman would know.  I am so sorry to see this.  I still consider him a friend and someone I would trust implicitly! I hope to see him again soon in a much better situation.

I was also contacted by this person after setting up an account for the first time on a social network (of which I no longer use). However, I am an older woman and thankfully did not get within arms length of this guy.  While he never spoke out of line with me, after reading this it seems that had I opened the door, he certainly would have shown his true colors. He did keep emailing to come over but I ignored his request to "hang out."  I was thinking What! I am too old to "hang out" but it made me wonder how many desperate women are out there that would give into "hanging out" with a much younger guy. I guess he was an explorer both young and old. Glad they caught up with him. I say, do the right thing and you don't have to look over your should all the time.

Im more outraged the police are allowed to do this to people. ATTENTION ALL COPS WHO LIKE TO PLAY "PRETEND" WITH UNSUSPECTING MEN ONLINE: You are not now, nor will you ever be heroes. If you really wanted to help people you would have choose a different profession.

Why do some guys think that hot teenage girls are just waiting for the chance to have sex with some middle aged loser?  If it seems to good to be true, yada yada

Well said sir! What could be worse then protecting kids from rape from a loser adult? Those detectives should be ashamed of themselves! This is entrapment, they made this douche try and have sex with children! I am outraged. Can we please organize a march to speak out against these horrible cops. I will not rest until creepy sex offenders everywhere can do whatever they want as often as they want.

You're more outraged at the police who caught this alleged pervert than you are at him for trying to have sex with a 14-year-old girl? Interesting priorities. Catching perverts is their job. They don't play pretend with "unsuspecting men." Real men don't try to fuck little kids. They're setting a trap for predators. If this guy didn't stumble upon cops posing as kids, he would have ended up finding an actual teenage girl. I looked at the Facebook page the police used. Nothing on there says "hi, I'm 17 and I'm easy. Any old men out there looking for a blowjob from me and my 14-year-old friend?" Just normal 17-year-old girl stuff. Seems to me like someone's a little bitter. Rurubean, were you ever featured on "To Catch a Predator?"

OMG, this guy was trying to setup a scenario that would lead to sexual contact with two underage girls.  I really have to question your sanity if you think it was the cops that were out of line here.

The bottom line is that if you aren't trying to have sex with underage children, then you don't have to worry about chatting with cops instead.
