Rachel Brock could accept a plea deal this afternoon.
Rachel Brock, the 22-year-old daughter of Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock, is in court at the moment, where there's a chance she could change her plea to guilty on charges that she molested the same teen boy her mother's been convicted of abusing.

The younger Brock's been charged with seven counts of sexual conduct with a minor and one count of furnishing obscene materials to a minor for the alleged abuse of a boy who was 13 at the time. Rachel was 18.

Susan Brock was initially charged with 15 sex-with-a-kid related crimes, but pleaded guilty in January to three counts of attempted sexual conduct with a minor. She was later sentenced to 13 years in prison.

Should Rachel Brock choose to go to trial, a lot of the questions surrounding the case -- like who knew what, and when -- could be answered.

If the case go to trial, Pinal County Deputy Prosecutor Jason Holmberg filed a list of at least 40 potential witnesses, including the victim and his family, Fulton Brock, Bishops Troy Hansen and Matthew Meyers, former Stake President Mitch Jones, Rachel's younger sister.

Check back for updates -- court officials promised to let us know immediately if Brock accepts a plea deal.
