Andrew Thomas Ethics Hearing: Date Still Not Set, Judge Pushing for Fall
| 1977 called...it was in regards to Andrew Thomas' former mustache. |
Meanwhile, Thomas hasn't wasted any time blowing through the $100,000 in taxpayer money he was awarded by the county to defend himself against the corruption allegations -- of the $100K, Thomas has already spent $86,000, and that's before a hearing date's even been set. Unbelievably, he wants more.
Read the full complaint against Thomas -- and his minions Lisa Aubuchon and Rachel Alexander -- here.
While no date is set for the hearing, Judge William O'Neil, presiding disciplinary judge of the state Supreme Court, says in a ruling handed down this morning that the hearing will take place in September or October.
O'Neil also reminded both parties that they're required to conduct settlement conferences by June 30, to see if they can't reach an agreement out of court.
Both Thomas and Aubuchon face disbarment.
