• thank goodness! i really hope it wins, because this is for people who truely need it. I keep hearing about addicts this, addicts that. Well no matter what there are going to be addicts, whether you make it illigal or not. If theres a market for it, it will sell. In all reality the gov't is causing all the gang stuff. If it was legal there would be no need for turf wars and such. Who cares about the addicts, they will always be there, stop thinking about them and start thinking about the true people who need it! Its just like with pain medication. There will always be people who abuse it, but dont punish the people who truely need it because of bad eggs. By illigalizing marijuana and making pain medication next to impossible to get, making people go thru the ringer and be treated like criminals just to get the things they need to live a normal life, the gov't is punishing the wrong people. I sure hope it does end up winning, it could do a lot of good. Also, you've never heard of a pot overdose, or potdriving under the influence, or people getting in fights like you do alcohol. So then why is it alcohol is legal when its so dangerous and pot is illegal when its not?

• I am glad to see that people are waking up. It has been known for years that marijuana has had medical beneffits. It is also well known that marijuana is less harmful then most manufactured drug that carry side effects. Some manufactured drug are so harmful you have to have your blood levels check to make sure your liver is ok. Have you paid attention to some of the commercials. A medication for depression or maybe muscel spams- side effects-upset stomach,blured vision,possibility of heart disease, liver disease, there is more but, I am sure you get the point. Marijuana- dry mouth, munschies and maybe some lung problems but that is not all together been studied. Less harmful to your lungs than ciggaretts. It can also be used in other ways, than smoking. so, the lungs don't have to be a problem. Thank-you people of az. and the other 14 state that have allowed people to take the meds they need without being lable a criminal. Isn't America a FREE country? Than why do we have to have permition to take medication we need. So they can tax and regulate.(make money off of us). Oh! and to make sure we don't abuse our privleges in this FREE country.
