Assault Suspect Scares the S**T Out of Phoenix Woman

If it happened to us, we'd scream bloody murder and just assume the end is near. The scenario allegedly played out in Phoenix yesterday morning, and Myhre is now behind bars.
According to court documents obtained by New Times, about 9 a.m. yesterday, an unidentified Phoenix woman was at a gas station near 7th Street and Bell Road. She walked back to her house, which is nearby, and Myhre followed her.
The woman didn't realize she was getting tailed until she got to her house, opened her garage door, and saw Myhre standing right behind her.
The woman freaked out. She ran into her house, locked the door, and told her husband.
The husband, not thrilled that some guy had followed his wife home from the gas station, ran outside and started to chase Myhre as he ran from the scene.
He followed Myhre all the way to a nearby Safeway and called the cops, who found Myhre sitting at a table inside the store.
Myhre told the cops he was "just looking for side jobs in the area," and that he "didn't mean any harm."
Myhre could be a sweetheart, for all we know, and maybe he didn't mean any harm. But people are gonna freak out when you sneak up on them outside of their house.
Turns out, Myhre had a few outstanding warrants -- and by a few we mean a shit-load.
After complaining of chest pains and getting taken to the hospital, Myhre was booked on several warrants, including one felony count of aggravated assault, one felony count of resisting arrest, one misdemeanor count of loitering, three counts of disorderly conduct for fighting, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, and six counts of misdemeanor trespassing.
He was booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail.
