Wife of Maricopa County Supervisor Charged With Molesting Teenage Boy. We Got the Court Docs -- Trust us, it's Weird

susanbrock.jpg
Susan Brock, wife of Maricopa County Supervisor Fulton Brock.
Straight from the you can't make this shit up files, we'd like to congratulate Max Wilson, who now stands alone as the only member of the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors without some sort of scandal attached to his name.

Until today, Wilson shared that honor with fellow Republican Supervisor Fulton Brock. Now, not so much.

Brock's wife, Susan, 48, was arrested yesterday afternoon for allegedly carrying out a sexual relationship with a teenage boy for the last three years.

While sleeping with an older woman is often the dream of teenage boys, the stuff Brock was allegedly doing with the victim is more bizarre than hot.

According to court documents, Chandler police got a call Friday from the father of the victim. He said he'd found some sexually charged text messages from someone named "Timmy Turner" on his son's cell phone.

The phone, it turns out, was a gift from Susan Brock. And "Timmy Turner," police say, was her alias when contacting the victim.

With the jig now up, the 17-year-old victim told police that he and Brock had a sexual relationship for at least three years -- since the boy was only 14.

During that time, the victim says, he and Brock had up to 30 sexual encounters that included "masturbatory contact and oral sex."

In other instances, the victim told police Brock used "at least three vibrating massagers to stimulate his penis to the point of ejaculation on numerous occasions."

The last encounter between Brock and the victim happened about October 5.

Obviously, a sexual relationship between a 48-year-old woman and a teenage boy needs to be kept under wraps, so Brock allegedly would pick up the boy from his school or house, drive to a remote location, put the seats in the car down, and do the deed.

Before picking him up, Brock allegedly told the victim to tell his parents that he was "going jogging" so they wouldn't suspect anything.

In other instances, the victim says, Brock would take him to her house -- presumably when her county supervisor husband wasn't home -- where the two would have sex.

In an even more bizarre twist, Brock would sometimes take the boy to her mother's house for sex.

Just when you thought it couldn't get any stranger, enter the victim's teenage girlfriend.

According to the court documents, the victim's girlfriend's parents forbade their daughter from seeing the victim. So Brock decided to help out.

According to the court docs, Brock set up meetings between the two kids, where she provided them with condoms and let them have sex at her house -- again, presumably when he county supervisor husband wasn't home.

Brock's been charged with two counts of child molestation and two counts of sexual conduct with a minor.

Click here to see her court appearance this morning.

Fulton Brock's office is in the process of getting us a statement from the supervisor. Stay tuned.

As we know, the Brocks belong to a religious cult that is unnaturally obsessed with sex and secret rituals. It encourages its male members to father as many children as possible. To avoid giving needless offense to decent society, the cult now limits itself to one legal wife per man. Bear in mind, however, that the Woodruff Manifesto outlaws polygamy only where it violates the civil law, so the cult obviously has no moral problem with polygamy. Doubtless, the group welcomes and encourages any opportunity for its young men (past puberty) to gain sexual experience before marrying for keeps. This is where the 48-year old hag, Susan Brock, comes in. At her age, she is not likely to have children, but she can "educate" the young man on his future "duties" toward women, and help further the goal of unlimited procreation advocated by the cult to which they belong. What a filthy disgusting practice. The "American Muslims" for sure.

What is pathetic how week Fulton is. Making himself look so abused, poor little boy. Show's the world he is not a man and is incaptiable of satisfying any woman. Fulton are you really that lame of a man??? Nothing for a woman ??? Making her take the fall for your nothingness??? Poor Limp Man....everyone blames her??? All things point to Fulton, what a Limp Looser. I'm sure Susan did not want a room-mate!!! Who would really put up with this nothingness for 28 years. Can't wait to vote him out.

Disappointed!!!!

I am astonished at the number of people here posting gleefully at the downfall of this woman -- completely ignoring the total tragedy that happened here.

That you do not agree with someone's religion or politics does not mean that you automatically become a good person by rejoicing when bad things happen.

What is wrong with you people?

He's a hypocrite who doesn't live by his religion.

Ask him about D & C 64:10 "I, the Lord, will forgive whom I will forgive, but of you it is required to forgive all men"

Mormons believe the "Doctrine and Covenants" to be the word of god. He is disobeying something he believes is the word of god.

Mormons who get divorced are committing mormon sin.

Susan Brock has ONLY been charge, no one has proven she is guilty of doing anything against the law yet. What kind of a husband does she have, he left her even before there is a trial.

Susan let the truth set you free..... If your husband Fulton was a Man you would not be in Sherrif Joe's Jail. After 28 years years of pathic love who can almost blame you for being a creep pervert. Just wish your courage had taken over before your desires took you down. Is Fulton understanding how pathic he is ???

The previous comment was a reply to Tom Collins but somehow I can't log in today.

And in response to your previous comment, Tom, there often is bias by law enforcement because I have found that a lot of times they are not interested in the truth, they are interested in furthering their career by putting a "child molester" away. That that person is innocent really is only a minor impedement.

Unfortunately I have experienced first hand that those who conduct the investigation in Maricopa County, i.e. Phoenix Police don't mind lying through their teeth and making up evidence that I have no idea how they are planning to get away with since the interviews are taped. They conveniently left things out that didn't fit their narrative, didn't ask questions of where they knew it wouldn't like the answer. Oh, let me think again, why don't we just lose the tapes, don't turn it over to the defense, hope you have an idiot attorney, or end up with a plea ....... I guess the Mondale Act / CAPTA is still a money maker and a means to keep their jobs for the self-proclaimed child savers. No one says a child molester should go free but there are innocent people who are being railroaded and unfortunately the Phoenix Police, CPS, ChildHelp and Maricopa County Attorney's Office cannot be trusted because they will ride the horse over the cliff if need be but they will ride the horse - doesn't matter if they railroad an innocent person. Those who have some funds and don't give in to the bullying may get justice, the others become victims and have their lives destroyed.

Maricopa County is out of control, just look at the mindset of the MCAO about wanting to haul hundreds if not thousands of children in front of a grand jury.

Well when I was 44 I was with a 56 year old Brazilian woman. And she was hot! Well worth it! So older women can be fun. Unlike Mrs. Brock, my Brazilian woman was slender and fit. She worshipped me. Fun relationship but she almost got me in trouble and I had to dump her.

She is innocent

I don't believe this. I think her husband set her up. I have experienced dishonest mormons. They use their image of purity as a cloak for their bad deeds. I have seen it done.

The "reporter" from Phoenix New Times who wrote this story is despicable for trying to politicize this tragedy by mentioning the county supervisor's party affiliation. Typical liberal journalism.

Just because she is charged with it, doesn't mean that it actually happened. It wouldn't be the first time that the police and MCAO lie and make up charges. Unfortunately, the Mondale Act that was designed to protect children has been used as a money maker for the authorities / child saver industry at the expense of innocent people being charged with crimes they didn't commit. We don't know much about the validity of those claims but I would like to remind everyone that just because someone claims there was sexual abuse doesn't make it true. A person is innocent until proven guilty in this country, even when charged with child molestation.

Sounds like this case has been "under" charged compared to many other well-established cases coming out of the MCSO, where the charges are typically "stacked" and include dangerous crimes against children, breast fondling, child endangerment and more...

dianac, apparently you have not watched female get prosecuted in Az. they not only do NOT get preferental treament but they get harsher sentences. and I dont care what you say about female male , molestation , enduring years of 'abuse' the female is molested the male is getting educated. it is NOT the same.

you cannot rape a man by a woman unless he wants to be raped

the sgt on tv did say , they did NOT have sexual intercourse. so im glad it was cleared up with the vibrators and oral contact. sounds like a three some.

Mark my words...more charges ciming, I just hope she doesn't get preferential treatment because she's a woman. Pathetic that local media refers to her "affair with an underage boy" rather than her "rape and molestation of an underage boy," He was 14 when this began -- she is lookimg at 17-20 years if justice is served and the courts proceed as if the perp was a male. Good that Pima Sheriff is handling the case -- she would get off in Mesa or anywhere in the east valley -- all the judges and PD are Mormons. They protect each other and their church at all cost. We will see!

Family values should include being human with human frailties. Too bad a-hole conservatives espousing family values are quick to condemn others and never look under their own roof. I do a happy jig every time one of these self-righteous hypocrites gets exposed.

Why is it when a woman abuses a boy, possibly warping him emotionally for the rest of his life, she is charged merely with "sexual conduct with a minor" instead of what it really is, statutory rape?

Mormon wives gone wild. No doubt Supervisor Brock's lovely wife will get her fill of masturbatory conduct and oral sexual contact in the dike tank at Sheriff Joe's jail. I wouldn't be surprised if Joe and his posse videotape the woman's jail house lesbian experiences for their future viewing pleasure.

You're blaming her husband? Really? You question HIS manhood b/c this fat slut couldn't keep her suck hole off of a CHILD? Fucking genius, Shake... If there were problems in their marriage, couldn't she be with a man instead of a child?! This isn't about THEIR marriage, this is about the sexually abusing a CHILD. Shake is an IDIOT!!

The trial is to settle the question between Susan Brock and the State. Between husbands and wives, there is often no need for a criminal trial. He may know that he is married to a slutty, child-abusing whore without having to wait for a jury to tell him that.

The Brocks are not Christian. They belong to a religious cult, obsessed with sex and secret rituals, that is the American version of Islam.

What the hell does the Mormon church have to do with any of this, dumbass? Is she were Baptist, would her church come under scrutiny? Shut the hell up about the perp's religion, or at least apply your dumbass logic to all criminals.

Dianac, you're right about the media the headlines usually say "child molestation". An "affair" is totally misleading and poor journalism. Rape and a sexual relationship of years should be looking at decades behind bars that has been given to many others. It's well established -- start plowing through Thomas 200,000 convictions he bragged about during the primary for AG.

Dianac, Women get treated worse then men in Arizona. They are a minority just like Hispanics, remember? And we know what Arizona and the lawmakers think of Hispanics. Arizona has one of the highest alarming rate of growth of incarcerating women. Besides the "system" needs money and are looking to incarcerate more, not less. They like getting the Federal and "non-profit" $$$'s. Incarceration IS the "service industry" of Arizona.

There are significant differences between the Mormon Church and the Baptists. The Baptists are congregational, and there is no central authority figure that tries to regulate the intimate details of its members' lives. Each Baptist has authority and responsibility for himself, and there is no rigid church structure to examine.

Tommy Collins

How do you get bias from an investigative statement? There was either intercourse, involving penetration, or not. If not, then certain elements of sexual assault don't apply. No bias involved, really.

For starters, read the AZ Criminals Statutes where "touching over clothing" equals 17 years per touch. Ask ASU Professor Twist to write about the laws he helped put in place. Does the Victim's Rights division still offer $5,000 to $20,000 to anyone who reports someone who is child molested?
