Tempe Officials Release Uber-Crappy Video of Dam Bursting

This dam was intended to last 25-30 years, but this week after only 11 years in place, it burst and sent water gushing out of it at 15,000 cubic feet per second. The water washed away a dry area where homeless people tend to live in the summer months. As of now, no reports have indicated anyone was hurt, but it is not possible to account for all the homeless within the area. It seems to me the city skimped on an installment loan and decided to put something up that wouldn't last very long. They probably figured by the time it needs to be exchanged it will be somebody else's problem.<br /> </p>
