Kitty porn probably won't get you 15 years in prison. Kiddy porn, on the other hand, might.
A Tucson man learned his fate yesterday after he was convicted of transporting and possessing child pornography.

Kevin Deawne Martin, 40, of Tucson, was sentenced to 15 years in prison by U.S. District Court Judge David C. Bury after a February jury trial.

Martin got pinched as the result of a 2006 FBI investigation into the online trade of child pornography. Detectives conducting the investigation found more then 200 images and videos of children engaged in sexual activity.

Federal prosecutors say Martin not only had the kiddy porn in his possession but was distributing it over the Internet, which made Martin's collection a federal crime.

FBI agents found Martin's stash on a computer in his girlfriend's apartment -- the girlfriend has children who also had access to the computer, so, of course, Martin claimed the porn wasn't his.

However, prosecutors were able to prove that at the time the porn was downloaded or accessed, it was Martin at the keyboard.

After Martin is released from prison, he will spend the rest of his life under government supervision, be required to register as a sex offender, and must complete a sex-offender treatment program.
