Obamacare Lawsuit Bill Approved by Arizona Legislative Committies

Attorney General Terry Goddard refused to participate in similar lawsuits filed by more than a dozen states, but Governor Jan Brewer asked legislators to give her the authority to go around him and file the lawsuits herself.
Goddard, the likely Democratic candidate for governor, failed to take a stance on the healthcare bill itself but refused to support the lawsuit because he doesn't feel it can be won.
The approval of the bill was split down party lines in both the House and Senate -- take a guess which party supports it.
Right. Every single member of the GOP -- in both houses of the legislature -- signed on as co-sponsors of the bills.
The lawsuit would challenge the federal government's authority to make it mandatory for citizens to buy health insurance.
The bills now need to be approved by the full body of each chamber and could go to the floor as soon as tomorrow.
