Sarah Palin Rides McCain Train All the Way to Gig at Fox News
The darling of the conservative movement getting her own news show on Fox sounds pretty, um, "fair and balanced," if you ask us.
Sources say Palin has signed a deal with the network to toil as a news contributor, and an announcement of the deal could happen as early as this afternoon.
Palin, according to the New York Times, will not host her own regularly aired show but a show that will appear occasionally, freeing up time for the former Alaska governor to focus on other things. Like running for president, perhaps?
The Republican Party's super-MILF wasn't always the political thrilla from Wasilla -- before her, Palin was an actual working journalist.
Palin graduated from the University of Idaho with a degree in communication focusing on journalism and was a sports reporter for two different news outlets in Alaska before entering the political arena.
All the "dontcha knows" and "you betchas" aside, Palin can't be as bad as MSNBC's ex-sports-reporter-turned-news-hack, the ultra-obnoxious Keith Olberman.
