​Three people were found dead inside a Tucson home yesterday. Police say the bodies of a man, a woman, and a child were found inside the home but are not releasing any details about the case, other than that it is being investigated as a homicide...The body found below in the Grand Canyon over the weekend has been identified. Police say the man is 62-year-old B. Holt Vaughn, of Broomfield, Colorado. Vaughn fell nearly 400 feet to his death but police do not know what caused the fall...A Department of Public Safety Officer who was hit by a tractor-trailer yesterday is said to be in critical condition. by the out-of-control truck. Investigators are attributing the accident to icy roads...The newest Neilson ratings are in for the Valley and CBS 5 News at 10 p.m. is the new king of late night news. CBS 5 has not held the top spot since May 2006 and according to the new ratings, more than 123,000 Valley viewers are tuning in every night...Cats and a smoke detector are being credited in saving a Tucson man from a house fire yesterday. Authorities say that a candle sparked a fire in the man's home, and as the smoke detector was going off, two of the man's cats started jumping on him to wake him up. He escaped the blaze unharmed.
